«Երեկ Վերաքննիչ դատարանը, մեր ունեցած տեղեկություններով, կրկին մերժել է շորթման կասկածանքով կալանավորված հայտնի եզդի հեղինակություն Ջնդի Ամարյանի կալանավորման դեմ ներկայացրած բողոքը։ Մեր տեղեկությունն հաստատեց նաև Ամարյանի փաստաբան Գեղամ Հակոբյանը, ով մեզ, հետ զրույցում նկատեց.
Կրկին առանց որևէ հիմնավորման, կալանավորման որոշումը մնաց անփոփոխ, անգամ հաշվի չառնվեց մի շարք վկաների ցուցմունքները, ովքեր փաստում են Ամարյանի անմեղության մասին։ Հույս ունենք, որ դատախազը գոնե հաշվի կառնի այդ ամենը։
Նշենք նւսև, որ ըստ մեզ հասած հավաստի տեղեկությունների, ի պաշտպանություն Ջնդի Ամարյանի հունիսի 20-ին, մոտ հիսուն երկրներում եզդիական համայնքի ներկայացուցիչները ցույցեր են կազմակերպելու դեսպանատների առջև, այդ թվում՝ բողոքի ակցիա է նախատեսվում նաև Հայաստանում։ Այս տեղեկությունը ևս փաստաբանը հաստատեց՝ հավելելով.
- Այո, պետք է ասեմ, որ մինչ այժմ էլ, նման ցույցեր էին նախատեսվում կազմակերպել։ Բայց Ջնդի Ամարյանի հորդորով ու խնդրանքով տարբեր երկրների եզդիական համայնքներ հանդարտություն էին դրսևորում, քանի որ Ջնդի Ամարյանը միանշանակ վստահ լինելով իր անմեղության մեջ՝ հույս ուներ, որ ի վերջո արդարությունը կհաղթի, ինչպես նաև չէր ցանկանում, որ Հայաստանի անունը շոշափվի։ նշենք նաև, որ մեր աղբյուրը խոստանում է առաջիկայում ուշագրավ մանրամասներ ներկայացնել բուն քրեական գործից»,–գրում է թերթը։
