««Գյուղատնտեսության նախարարը կկրճատի 1982 թվականի Կատաֆալկա» վերնագրով armtimes.com-ը կիրակի օրը հոդված Էր հրապարակել, որտեղ ներկայացրել Էր գյուղատնտեսության նախարար Սերգո Կարապետյանի ծառայողական ավտոմեքենաների կրճատման վերաբերյալ կայքին ուղարկած հարցման պատասխանը։ Նախարարը նշել Էր, որ ՀՀ կառավարություն ներկայացվել Է առաջարկություն կրճատել նաև նախարարության կառավարման ոլորտում գործող պետական մարմիններին, ՊՈԱԿ-ներին, բաժնետիրական ընկերություններին և պետական հիմնարկներին պատկանող թվով 769 ծառայողական ավտոմեքենաներից 134-ը։ Նախարարության տրամադրած ցանկում ամենազարհուրելի կրճատումը նախատեսված Էր «Հայջրմուղկոյուղի» ՓԲԸ-ում։ Այստեղ պատրաստվում Էին կրճատել 1982 թվականի արտադրության Կատաֆալկա (հուղարկավորության մեքենա)։

«Հայջրմուղկոյուղի» ՓԲԸ-ից armtimes.com-ին երեկ տեղեկացրին, որ իրականում սխալմամբ Է մեքենաների ցանկում գրվել «Կատաֆալկա», դրա փոխարեն պետք Է ավտոբուսի կմախք լիներ։ Իսկ թե ինչ մակնիշի ավտոբուս Է եղել դա, «Հայջրմուղկոյուղի» ՓԲԸ-ում չեն կարողացել պարզել, միայն նշեցին, որ ավտոբուսի կմախքը գտնվում Է «Հայջրմուղկոյուղու» Ստեփանավանի տեղամասի տարածքում։ Մեր հարցին որքա՞ն գումար Է հատկացվել այս կմախքի պահպանման, ապահովագրման և տեխզննման համար, ընկերությունից պատասխանեցին, որ ավտոբուսի կմախքն իրենք ընդունել են որպես մետաղի ջարդոն և հետևաբար պահպանման կամ ապահովագրական ծախսեր չեն արել»,–գրում է թերթը։
