««Ժողովուրդ»–ը մեկ շաբաթ առաջ անդրադարձել էր Հայաստանի պաշտպանության նախարարության գնումների խնդրին։ Բացահայտել էինք, որ տարվա սկզբին ՀՀ ՊՆ-ն պայմանագիր է կնքել Խաչիկ Խաչատրյանին (ձվերի Խաչիկ) պատկանող «Արաքս» թռչնաֆաբրիկայի հետ՝ 1 ձվի դիմաց 53 դրամ վճարելու պայմանով։ Այս տարվա ապրիլի քառօրյա պատերազմից հետո Հայաստանի թռչնաբուծական ֆաբրիկաներից մի քանիսը ՀՀ ՊՆ-ին առաջարկել էին ձուն մատակարարել ինքնարժեքով՝ մեկ հատը 40-ից 45 դրամով։ Սակայն պաշտպանության նախարարությունը չէր ընդունել այդ առաջարկը և շարունակել էր «Արաքսից» ձու գնել 53 դրամով։ Երեկ ՀՀ պաշտպանության փոխնախարար, նյութատեխնիկական ապահովման դեպարտամենտի պետ Մովսես Հակոբյանը «Ժողովուրդ»–ի հետ զրույցում տեղեկացրեց, որ մեր հրապարակումից հետո՝ նախօրեին, ձվի մատակարար ընկերության հետ նոր պայմանագիր է կնքվել, ըստ որի՝մատակարարման նոր գին է սահմանվել՝41 և 45 դրամ, նախկին 53-ի փոխարեն։

«Երկու օր առաջ ստորագրել եմ նամակ, բանակցվել է, և գինը իջեցվել է այն գնին, որը առաջարկվում էր այլ ընկերությունների կողմից։ Դա, ասեմ, որևէ մեկի բարի կամքը չէ, դա օրենքի պահանջն է, եթե ինքը չհամաձայներ ավելի ցածր գնով մատակարարել տվյալ սննդամթերքը, ապա պայմանագիր էր կնքվելու այն կազմակերպության հետ, որը ավելի ցածր գին էր առաջարկել։ Կոնկրետ այս պարագայում մատակարարող կազմակերպությունը համաձայնել է, գինը իջեցրել է այն գնի սահմաններում, որը առաջարկել է ուրիշ կազմակերպություն»,– պարզաբանեց Մովսես Հակոբյանը՝ հաստատելով, որ Խաչիկ Խաչատրյանի ընկերությունը նահանջել է, զսպել ախորժակը։

Ահա, այսպես ՀՀ ՊՆ-ն ավելի էժան է ձու գնում, քան նախկինում։ Իսկ քանի՞ նման գործարարներ կան, որոնք դեռ «պլստում» են ու շարունակում հարստանալ ՊՆ-ի հաշվին։ Թերևս քիչ չեն»,–գրում է թերթը։
