Գյումրիում հունվարի 12-ին ռուսական բազայի զինծառայող Վալերի Պերմյակովի կողմից սպանված Ավետիսյանների իրավահաջորդների շահերի պաշտպանները ամբաստանյալի դատավարությունը համարում են արագացված ու արտառոց: «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում փաստաբան Լուսինե Սահակյանը նշեց, որ Պերմյակովի ցուցմունքներին այսօր ծանոթացան առաջին անգամ, քանի որ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքի համաձայն' դեռևս իրավունք չունեին նախաքննության նյութերին ծանոթանալու, իսկ դատավարության ընթացքում դրանք հրապարակվել են մասնակի եւ ոչ ամբողջական: «Առավելապես այն հատվածները, որոնք մեզ էին հետաքրքրում, ընդգրկված չէին: Նկատի ունենալով այն հանգամանքը, որ գործը հանձնվել է հայկական կողմին' դրանք չեն հրապարակվում: Դատավարության ընթացքում շատ արտառոց իրավիճակ է: Կարծես բոլոր կողմերը համաձայնեցված արագացված դատավարություն են անում: Ինձ համար շատ անծանոթ գործընթաց է' հրապրակվում են ցուցմունքների ինչ-որ մասեր, որոշ դեպքերում' երրորդ դեմքով: Ակնհայտ է, որ ցուցմունքը սեղմված են կարդում և ուղղակի չի ընթերցվում' ասես ինչ-որ կոնսպեկտից են կարդում: Որոշ դեպքերում' կային հակասություններ»,-նկատեց Լուսինե Սահակյանը:

«Բայց ասեմ, որ բավական լուրջ տվյալներ ստացանք, որոնք շատ հետաքրքրական էին և դրանք հետագայում կօգտագործվեն: Հետաքրքիր է նաև' արդյո՞ք այդ մասերը տրամադրվել են հայկական կողմին, թե ոչ: Դրանք հատկապես այն մասերն են, որոնք թեև ուղղակի կապ չունեն սպանության հետ, սակայն էական նշանակություն կունենան սպանության մասով: Երբ ռուսական կողմը տրամադրի նյութերը, մենք կտեսնենք' արդյոք դրանք ամբողջական էին, թե ոչ»,-ասաց փաստաբանը:

Լուսինե Սահակյանը նաև անդրադարձավ Պերմյակովի պահվածքին' նշելով, որ այն արտառոց է. տպավորություն է թողնում, թե իր դատավարությունը չէ, շատ անտարբեր է, մեջքով դեպի դահլիճը, նույնիսկ որոշ պահերի կարծես քնում է:
