 Երևանի քաղաքապետարանում հունիսի 13-ին կայացած աշխատանքային հերթական խորհրդակցության ժամանակ, որը վարել է քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանը, քաղաքաշինության և հողի վերահսկողության վարչության պետը զեկուցել է, որ շարունակվում է ամենօրյա աշխատանքը ապօրինի շինարարությունների և հողազավթումների կանխման ու դրանց հետևանքների վերացման ուղ ղությամբ: Նախորդ շաբաթ արձանագրվել է իրավախախտման 5 դեպք, 1 հասցեում իրականացվել են քանդման աշխատանքներ: Քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանը հանձնարարել է շարունակել գործընթացի նկատմամբ սահմանված խիստ հսկողությունը: Այս մասին տեղեկացրին Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից:

Քաղաքաշինության և հողի վերահսկողության վարչության պետը զեկուցել է նաև քաղաքապետի հանձնարարականով իրականացված Երևանի Արշակունյաց պողոտայի 46 և 46/1 շենքերի բակում կառուցվող շինության առնչությամբ բնակիչներից ստացված դիմում-բողոքների համակողմանի ուսումնասիրման արդյունքները: Ըստ այդմ, նախ նշվել է, որ տվյալ շինության կառուցումն իրականացվել է առանց համապատասխան փաստաթղթերի առկայության, ինչի համար վարչության աշխատակիցների կողմից կազմվել է համապատասխան արձանագրություն և նշանակվել է վարչական տուգանք: Համաձայն հանձնարարականի, ուսումնա սիրվել է նաև տվյալ շինությունը ՀՀ կառավարության 912 Ն որոշման համապատասխան օրինականացնելու հնարավորությունը, սակայն ստացված մասնագիտական եզրակացությամբ պարզվել է, որ այն օրինականացման ենթակա չէ:

Քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանը Շենգավիթ վարչական շրջանի ղեկավարին, հողի վերահսկողության վարչությանն ու հասարակական կարգի պահպանության ծառայությանը հանձնարարել է եռօրյա ժամկետում ապամոնտաժել վերոնշյալ շինությունն ու տարածքը բերել նախկին տեսքի:
