Պերմյակովի գործով վկաները դատարանում ցուցմունք են տվել

Վալերի Պերմյակովին վստահված դիրքը նրա դասալքությունից հետո մոտ մեկուկես ժամ առանց հսկողության է մնացել: Այս մասին պարզ է դարձել օգոստոսի 12-ի դատական նիստի ժամանակ վկաների տված ցուցմունքներից:
Ըստ Վալերի Պերմյակովի անմիջական ղեկավար, վկա Նիկիշինի ցուցմունքի՝ օրենքի համաձայն՝ ամեն 15 րոպեն մեկ դիրքերից պետք է զեկուցեն: Ժամը 1:45-ին ստուգում է եղել, եւ այդ պահից մինչեւ մոտ ժամը 3:20-ը դիրքը կարող էր առանց հսկողության մնալ: Նիկիշինի խոսքով, որը առաջինն էր ժամանել Պերմյակովի լքած դիրքը, ինքը դեպքի վայրում պայքարի հետքեր չի հայտնաբերել:
Նիկիշինի բնութագրմամբ՝ Պերմյակովի վարքը շատ բնական է եղել, տանը կամ ծառայակիցների հետ կապված խնդիրների մասին ոչինչ հայտնի չէ: Վկայի խոսքով՝ Պերմյակովը Հայաստանում էր հայտնվել երիտասարդ մասնագետների՝ նշանառուների եւ տանկերի մեխանիկների հավաքագրման շրջանակներում:
Իր հերթին գումարտակի հրամանատար վկա Դանչենկոն, որը ժամը 1:40-ին ստուգում էր կատարել, հայտնել է, որ Պերմյակովի կողմից բողոքներ չեն եղել, նրան նկատողություններ՝ նույնպես: Երկու վկաներն էլ հայտարարել են, որ Պերմյակովի եղբոր դատվածության մասին իրենք ոչինչ չգիտեն:
Նիստում ընթերցվել է նաեւ Բայանդուրի ուղեկալի պետ, վկա Խաչատրյանի՝ քննության ընթացքում տված ցուցմունքը: Վկան նիստին չի ներկայացել հարգելի պատճառներով: Համաձայն Խաչատրյանի ցուցմունքի՝ Պերմյակովի դասալքության մասին տեղեկությունը ստանալուց հետո պետական սահմանի հսկողությունը խստացվել էր: Երեկոյան լապտերի լույս էր նկատվել: Ստուգման ընթացքում ձերբակալվել էր Վալերի Պերմյակովը:
Նիստում ուսումնասիրվել են նաեւ գրավոր նյութերը: Դրանց թվում՝ դատա-հոգեբուժական փորձաքննության արդյունքները, որոնցից հետեւում է, որ Պերմյակովը քրոնիկ հոգեկան խանգարում չի ունեցել:
