Պարոն Ալիևը ռուս-ադրբեջանական համագործակցությունը բնութագրելիս կրկնել է մեր ռուսաստանյան գործընկերների ձևակերպումը: Ռուսաստանյան պածտոնատարները ռուս-ադրբեջանական հարաբերությունները որակում են որպես ռազմավարական գործընկերություն, իսկ Հայաստանին կոչում են Ռուսաստանի ռազմավարական դաշնակից: Զավեշտն այն է, որ Ռուսաստանը, ելնելով Հայաստանի հանդեպ ունեցած դաշնակցային պարտավորություններից, պետք է միջոցներ ձեռնարկի ՀՀ անվտանգությունն ու ազգային շահերն ապահովելու համար, սակայն, զարմանալիորեն, իր այդ պարտականությունը կատարում է Ադրբեջանին ժամանակակից հարձակվողական սպառազինություն վաճառելու միջոցով, թեև քաջ գիտակցում է, որ իր ռազմավարական գործընկեր Ադրբեջանն այդ սպառազինությունն օգտագործելու է Կրեմլի ռազմավարական դաշնակից Հայաստանի ազգային-պետական շահերի դեմ: Մեր քաղաքական ապիկարության արդյունքում այնպես է ստացվել, որ Ալիևը Ռուսաստանին հաճոյանալու կամ օգնության կանչելու կարիքը չունի՝ ռուսաստանյան կողմը սեփական նախաձեռնությամբ է օգնություն տրամադրում Բաքվի վարչախմբին և հենց ինքն է փորձում Ալիևին հաճոյանալ: Կարծեմ Մոսկվան Ադրբեջանին վաճառված զենքի համար նախատեսված գումարն անգամ չի էլ ստացել:
