«Մենք ենք տերը մեր երկրի» նախաձեռնությունից հայտնում են, որ երկուշաբթի՝ հունիսի 13-ին, առավոտյան ժամը 10-ին, մենք հավաքվում ենք Ազգային ժողովի՝ Բաղրամյան փողոցի մուտքի մոտ, որ կանխենք Ազգային ժողովի կողմից այդ օրը «Հայաստանի Հանրապետության և Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության միջև Հավաքական անվտանգության կովկասյան տարածաշրջանում հակաօդային պաշտպանության միավորված տարածաշրջանային համակարգ ստեղծելու մասին» համաձայնագրի վավերացումը: Քննարկումը սկսվելու է ժամը 11-ին:
Ըստ այդ համաձայնագրի, ստեղծվելու է Հայկական հակաօդային պաշտպանությունը կարգավորող մի մարմին, որը կառավարվելու է Ռուսաստանի կողմից, խաղաղ կամ պատերազմական իրավիճակում Հայաստանի հակաօդային պաշտպանության հարցերում որոշումների կայացման ժամանակ Ռուսաստանն է կառավարելու Հայաստանի և Արցախի հակաօդային պաշտպանությունը (Հայաստանի և Արցախի ՀՕՊ-երը կազմում եմ մեկ ընդհանուր համակարգ):
Ներկայիս իրավիճակում, երբ մեծ են պատերազմական սպառնալիքները, իսկ Ռուսաստանը իրեն դրսևորել է որպես թշնամական երկիր կամ ոչ վստահելի դաշնակից, և շարունակում է զենքի մատակարարումը Ադրբեջանին, նման համաձայնագրի վավերացումը պետական դավաճանություն է, որով Բ26-ը և Ազգային ժողովում կոճակ սեղմող հանցագործները Հայաստանի և Արցախի հակաօդային պաշտպանությունը հանձնում են օտարին:
Սա նաև ռազմական ծանր հանցագործություն է, քանի որ պատերազմական իրավիճակում հենց հակաօդային պաշտպանությունն է որոշում պատերազմի ընթացքը, իսկ Ադրբեջանին զենք վաճառող Ռուսաստանը հնարավորություն կստանա իր շահերից ելնելով, պաշտպանել կամ չպաշտպանել Հայաստանի և Արցախի օդային տարածքը:
Արդեն այսօր ռուս փորձագետները կարծիք են հայտնում, որ հակաօդային պաշտպանության միջոցների օգտագործման որոշումները կայացնելու են ռուս հրամանատարները: Ակնհայտ է, որ սա Արցախի հայկական հողերի հանձնման ընդհանուր նախագծի հերթական բաղկացուցիչ մասն է և Ապրիլյան քառօրյա պատերազմի տրամաբանական շարունակությունը:
Մեր նպատակն է ամեն գնով թույլ չտալ այս համաձայնագրի վավերացումը՝ Ազգային ժողովի և Բ26 դիմաց զանգվածային բողոքի ակցիաներ կազմակերպելով այնքան ժամանակ, քանի դեռ մենք բոլորս չգիտակցենք ստեղծված վիճակի օրհասական բնույթը և լրջությունը:
Կոչ ենք անում բոլորին հնարավորինս տարածել այս հայտարարությունը և երկուշաբթի՝ հունիսի 13-ին առավոտյան ժամը 10-ից լինել Ազգային ժողովի շենքի մոտ:
