Ադրբեջանում արտադրության մեջ տրավմատիզմի 90 տոկոսը թաքցվում է. փորձագետ

2015 թվականին Ադրբեջանում պաշտոնապես գրանցվել է արտադրական տրավմատիզմի 149 դեպք, զոհվել է 49 մարդ, սակայն, իրականում արտադրությունում տրավմատիզմի 90 տոկոս դեպքերը հասարակությունից թաքցվում են:
Այս մասին, ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, ադրբեջանական echo.az կայքին հայտարարել է բնակչության աշխատանքային իրավունքների պաշտպանության լիգայի նախագահ Սահիբ Մամեդովը:
«Ադրբեջանում ամենատրավմատիկ ոլորտը հանդիսանում է շինարարությունը, որտեղ մարդիկ աշխատում են առանց ապահովագրության եւ ցանկացած եղանակին, ընդ որում, շատ դեպքերում էլ առանց պաշտոնապես ձեւակերպման», -ասել է փորձագետը` հավելելով, որ Բաքվում գործում են բազմաթիվ արտադրամասեր, որոնցում պարբերաբար դժբախտ դեպքեր են տեղի ունենում:
Ադրբեջանի աշխատանքի եւ սոցիալական պատպանության նախարարությանը կից աշխատանքային տեսչության պետական ծառայության ղեկավար Ֆուադ Ալիզադեն հայտնել է, որ ինչպես նախկինում, այժմ եւս Ադրբեջանում արտադրության մեջ ամենաշատ դժբախտ դեպքերի թիվը` 30 տոկոս շինարարության ոլորտում է:
«Վերամշակման ոլորտում դժբախտ դեպքերի թիվը կազմել է 20 տոկոս, էներգետիկայի ոլորտում` 10 տոկոս, արդյունահանման ոլորտում` 7 տոկոս, տրանսպորտի ոլորտում` 5,5 տոկոս», -նշել է նա:
Սահիբ Մամեդովն ասել է, որ Ադրբեջանում մեծ խնդիրներ կան արտադրական տրավմատիզմի եւ պրոֆեսիոնալ հիվանդությունների վիճակագրական տվյալների հարցում:
«Միջազգային կազմակերպությունները բազմիցս փորձել են պարզել, թե Ադրբեջանում քանի մարդ է տառապում պրոֆեսիոնալ հիվանդությամբ, սակայն, բոլոր փորձերն անհաջողությամբ են ավարտվել, քանի որ առողջապահության նախարարությունը թաքցնում է այդ թվերը: Ինչ վերաբերվում է արտադրական տրավմատիզմին, ապա 2015 թվականին նման 149 դեպք է գրանցվել, 49 մարդ զոհվել է: Սակայն, այդ թվերը չեն արտահայտում իրական պատկերը, քանի որ Ադրբեջանում ծաղկում է աշխատանքի ոչ ֆորմալ շուկան, իսկ թե ինչ է այնտեղ կատարվում, ոչ մի տեղ չի ֆիքսվում: Գործնականում, մեր մոտավոր հաշվարկներով, արտադրական տրավմատիզմի 90 տոկոս կարգի դեպքերը ոչ մի տեղ չեն ֆիքսվում», -ասել է Սահիբ Մամեդովը:
