Մեզ ոչ ոք սկուտեղի վրա նվերներ չի անելու, եթե ինքներս ոչինչ չենք անում մեզ համար: Կարդում ես սպասվող Պուտին-Սարգսյան-Ալիև հանդիպման մասին, և տպավորություն է ստեղծվում, որ սկսած շարքային քաղաքացուց, վերջացրած քաղաքական վերնախավով, բոլորը այդ հանդիպումից միայն երկու բևեռացված սպասում ունեն՝ կա՛մ Ռուսաստանն իրեն պահելու է խիստ պռո-հայկական, կա՛մ խիստ պռո-ադրբեջանական: Մինչդեռ Ռուսաստանը ոչ միայն դա չէ անելու, այլև սխալ է նման պրիմիտիվ ընկալումներ ունենալն իսկ: Ռուսաստանը պահելու է իրեն այնպես, ինչպես ձեռնատու կլինի իր շահերի պրիզմայից: Դրանից ոչ ավել, ոչ էլ պակաս:

Իրականում, սա մեր իրականության մեծագույն խնդիրներից է, երբ շարքային քաղաքացուց, մինչև պատասխանատու իշխանավոր, ցանկացած լուրջ փոփոխություն կապում են միայն ու միայն դրսի հետ, բայց երբ բանը հասնում է սեփական երկրի դիրքերը ուժեղացնելուն, արդեն բնավ էլ չկա այդ միահամուռությունը: Արցախի հարցը պետք է լուծի Ռուսաստանը, կամ էլ համաշխարհային հանրությունը, Ցեղասպանությունը պետք է ճանաչի աշխարհը ու Թուրքիային էլ, ըստ ամենայնի, պետք է պատժի էլի Աշխարհը, տնտեսական ճգնաժամը հաղթահարելու համար պետք է ավելանան տրանսֆերը, բարձրանա պղնձի գին, օտարերկրյա ներդրումներ լինեն...

Մինդեռ, Ռուսաստանն ու/կամ Միջազգային հանրությունը իհարկե մի օր կլուծեն Արցախյան հարցը, բայց եթե ինքնամաքրումով և ինքնաառողջացմամբ չզբաղվենք, ապա այդ լուծումը մեզ հաստատ դուր չի գալու: Ու պետք չէ նեղանալ ոչ ոքից: Ինչո՞ւ պետք է հօգուտ թույլի որոշում կայացվի, եթե այլ տարբերակները ավելի հեռանկարային են, կամ էլ գոնե ավելի քիչ խնդրահարույց։

Տնեսությունը առողջացնելու համար տրանսֆերտներն ու հումքի գները չեն խանգարում, ոչ էլ՝ օտարերկրյա ներդրումները, բայց մի՞թե առողջ ու մրցակցային տնտեսական դաշտը, ադեկվատ հարկահավաքչությունն ու սոցիալական ծրագրերը ավելի դրական չեն ազդի մեր տնտեսության վրա։ Ես շարունակում եմ համոզված մնալ, որ մեր կենսամակարդակը ընդհուպ կեռապատկվի, եթե նշվածս քայլերն արվեն։ Բայց չեն արվում ու դժվար էլ արվեն, որովհետև ինչպես խնդրի աղավաղված ընկալումն է շարքային քաղաքացուց՝ մինչև իշխանավոր, այնպես էլ առողջ պետության ունենալու համար գործնական քայլերի պատրաստ մարդկանց սուր պակաս կա՝ շարքային քաղաքացուց՝ մինչև իշխանավոր։

Փոխարենը, ավելի հեշտ է բոլոր հույսերը կապել Ռուսաստանի, Միջազգային հանրության, Աշխարհի, Լուսավոր Ուժերի հետ, իսկ հետո էլ բողոքել ու սուգ անել ամեն անգամ, երբ այդ հույսերը չարդանան։ Այ էս մի հարցում մենք չեմպիոն ենք ու արդեն մի քանի դար է, ինչ դարձրել ենք ազգային սպորտաձև։
