Վճռական քայլ` տնտեսության որակի և մրցունակության բարձրացման համար
Տնտեսության զարգացման համար անհրաժեշտ են համապատասխան բարենպաստ պայմանների ստեղծում որակի և մրցունակության բարձրացման համար: Այս առումով հատկապես կարևոր է Ստանդարտների մշակման ծառայությունների 2016թ. ծրագրի և ստանդարտացման 2016թ. աշխատանքների ցանկի հաստատումը:
Նշենք, որ ծրագրի հիմնական նպատակն է ՀՀ-ում գիտատեխնիկական և արդյունաբերության ոլորտների տեխնոլոգիական բազայի ինովացիոն զարգացման համար ստեղծել միջազգային և եվրոպական ստանդարտներին ներդաշնակ ազգային ստանդարտների արդիականացված ֆոնդ, ինչպես նաև ապահովել ԵՏՄ-ի տեխնիկական կանոնակարգերի պահանջների կատարումը:
Ծրագրի իրականացումը իրատեսական նախադրյալներ կստեղծի` համաշխարհային շուկայի հետ ՀՀ տնտեսության ինտեգրման համար: Ծրագրով խնդիր է դրված համապատասխանեցնել գործող ազգային ստանդարտների ֆոնդը ՀՀ տնտեսության գերակայող ճյուղերի արդի պահանջներին: Ծրագրի իրականացման ժամանակ կստեղծվեն բարենպաստ պայմաններ դեպի միջազգային և տարածաշրջանային շուկաներ ՀՀ կազմակերպությունների ապրանքների ազատ մուտքի համար:
Այպիսով` ծրագրի իրականացման արդյունքում տնտեսության ճյուղերում կստեղծվեն բարենպաստ պայմաններ որակի և մրցունակության բարձրացման համար, ինչպես նաև կապահովի ԵԱՏՄ-ի տեխնիկական կանոնակարգերի պահանջների կատարման ապահովումը, արդյունքում կընդլայնվի նաև Հայաստանի համագործակցությունը միջազգային և տարածաշրջանային ստանդարտացման մարմինների հետ:
