Ինչպես գիտեք, Հայաստանում ողջ թափով ընթանում է հեռուստատեսության ռեֆորմ, որի վերջնարդյունքում պետք է ամբողջ հանրապետությունն անցնի թվային հեռարձակման համակարգի։ Ըստ էության, միակ պատճառը՝ ինչում մինչև հիմա չենք անցել, կայանում է նրանում, որ չի ավարտվել սոցիալապես անապահով ընտանիքներին համապատասխան անալոգների տրամադրումը, որը պարտադիր նախապայման է, այս ռեֆորմը կյանքի կոչելու համար։

Սակայն ինչ ենք մենք տեսնում մեր իրականությունում․ սրանից երկու օր առաջ, թվային հեռարձակումն անջատվում է և այն գրեթե մեկ ամբողջւ օր չեն կարողանում վերականգնել։ Պատասխանատուն՝ Հայաստանի հեռուստատեսային և ռադիոհողորդիչ ցանցն է (ՀՀՌԾ-ն), ուստի հենց ՀՀՌԾ-ն էլ պետք է լինի հասցեատերը։ Ինչպե՞ս ենք պատրաստվում ամբողջ երկիրը թվային հեռուստատեսության անցկացնել, եթե պատկան մարմինը չի կարողանում մեկ ամբողջ օր ինչ որ խոտան կարգավորի։ Հիմա ի՞նչ է ստացվում, եթե թվային հեռուստահեռարձակման անցած լինեին, ապա մեկ ամբողջ օր զրկվելո՞ւ էինք հեռուստացույց դիտելու հնարավորությունից։ Մեկ այլ հարց․ կա՞ արդյոք երաշխիք, որ նման խոտաններ չեն լինի, երբ ռեֆորմն ամբողջությամբ կյանքի կոչվի։ Իսկ երաշխիքներ պետք է լինեն անպայման։

Այստեղ հարցն ինքնանպատակ քննադատությունը։ Անձամբ ես չեմ էլ շտախում քլունգն առնել ձեռքս ու ընկնել ՀՀՌԾ-ի ջանին։ Ինձ համար կարևոր է, որ կատարվածից արվեն լուրջ հետևություններ, որոնք կբացառեն ապագայում նման բացթողումները։ Խոտաններ կարող են լինել ցանկացած երկրում, բայց ցանկացած երկրում չի, որ մեկ ամբողջ օր չկարողանան խոտան կարգավորեն։ Հուսով եմ, որ ՀՀՌԾ-ում և այլ պատկան կառույցներում ականջալուր կլինեն խոսքերիս ու երկրորդ նման միջադեպի մենք այլևս ականատես չենք լինի։
