Մշտապես կարող եք փորձել առավոտյան դետոքս ռեժիմը։ Առավոտյան դատարկ ստամոքսին խմեք 1 բաժակ տաք ջուր՝ մի փոքր մեղրով և կիտրանի հյութով։
3․ Կտավատի յուղով կեֆիր՝ նախաճաշին
Այս նախաճաշը կօգնի մաքրել աղիքները և վերականգնել աղիքային միկրոֆլորան։
4․Սնունդը լավ ծամել
Սա մեծ գաղտնիք չէ, սակայն հաճախ սոված ժամանակ մոռանում ենք այս մասին։ Սնունդը ճարպի չի վերածվում, եթե այն ծամում ենք 20-ից 30 անգամ։
5․Դարչին և մեղր՝ ընդդեմ ճարպի
