 «2016թ. հունիսի 04-ին՝ ժամը 23-00-ի սահմաններում, Երևան քաղաքի Նուբարաշենի խճուղի 5/1 հասցեի դիմաց մի խումբ անձինք վիճաբանել էին 58– ամյա Եղիշե Խաչատրյանի հետ՝ երթևեկության կանոնները խախտելու համար դիտողություն անելու կապակցությամբ։ Այնուհետև 75-ամյա մոր ներկայությամբ նրան բազմաթիվ հարվածներ էին հասցրել, ինչի արդյունքում Եղիշե Խաչատրյանը տեղում մահացել էր։ Հայտնաբերվեց Եղիշե Խաչատրյանին դաժանաբար ծեծողներից մեկը, որը Երևան քաղաքի էրեբունի փողոցի 22 շենքի 66 բնակարանի բնակիչ, 26-ամյա Խաչիկ Կոսյանն է։ Իսկ ով է Խաչիկը։

Պարզվում է՝նա աշխատում է ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարության դատական ակտերի հարկադիր կատարման ծառայությունում։ Խաչիկ Կոսյանը 2010 թ-ին Հերացի փողոցում «Նիվա» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայով վրաերթի էր ենթարկել փողոցը թույլատրելի հատվածով անցնող 2 երիտասարդ աղջիկների և նրանց թողնելով անօգնական՝ դիմել փախուստի։ Այս արարքի համար Կենտրոն և Նորք– Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանը նրան ազատազրկման էր դատապարտել 4 տարի ժամկետով, վարորդական իրավունքից զրկել էր 3 տարի ժամկետով։ Պարզվում է, որ Խաչիկ Կոսյանը պատահական մարդու որդի չէ։ Խաչիկ Կոսյանի հայրը՝ Հակոբ Կոսյանը ևս աշխատել է ՀՀ ԱՆ ԴԱՀԿ ծառայությունում, արդարադատության գնդապետ է։

Բայց տեղեկացնենք, որ Կոսյանը միայնակ չի գործել։ Նրա հետ է եղել իր կնոջ եղբայրը՝ Արտաշես Չիչոյանը, և Արարատ Նիկողոսյանը, որոնց նկատմամբ հայտարարվել է հետախուզում։ Ի դեպ, լուրեր կան, որ 58-ամյա Եղիշե Խաչատրյանին ծեծելով սպանողները թաղային հեղինակություններ են, իսկ Արտաշես Չիչոյանը կապ ունի գողա– կան աշխարհի հետ և մեծ ցանկություն է ունեցել օրենքով գող կարգվել։

Հավելենք, որ այս պատմության մեջ ամենազարմանալի այն է, որ դեպքի օրը վերոնշյալ երիտասարդների հետ է եղել մի աղջիկ, որը ևս մեծ մասնակցություն է ունեցել ծեծի գործում։ Նա լեզվակռվի մեջ է մտել սպանված Եղիշեի 75-ամյա մոր հետ՝ ըստ էության չթողնելով, որ նա մոտենա ու միջամտի իր որդուն «մանտիրովկաներով» ծեծող երիտասարդներին։ Արդյունքում ոչնչից սկսված կռիվը ճակատագրական ավարտ ունեցավ, իր մոր աչքի առջև ծեծելով սպանվեց Եղիշե Խաչատրյանը»,–գրում է թերթը։
