ՖԻՖԱ-ն փոփոխություններ է կատարել ֆուտբոլի կանոններում

Ֆուտբոլի համաշխարհային կազմակերպության՝ ՖԻՖԱ-ի կողմից որոշակի փոփոխություններ են կատարվել ֆուտբոլ խաղի կանոնների մեջ: ՀՖՖ մրցավարական բաժինը ներկայացրել է կանոնների նոր փոփոխությունները: Կանոնները ուժի մեջ են մտել 2016 թվականի հունիսի 1-ից: Ինչպես հաղորդում է Հայաստանի ֆուտբոլի ֆեդերացիայի պաշտոնական կայքը, նոր կանոններով մասնավորապես հստակեցվում է, որ անվտանգության նկատառումներով խաղադաշտում չի թույլատրվում բնական և արհեստական ծածկույթների զուգակցումը: Այլ ծածկույթ թույլատրվում է շրջակա տարածքներում, օրինակ, արհեստական ծածկույթ` մրցավարի օգնականների շարժման գոտիներում: Բնական և արհեստական նյութերի ինտեգրված համադրությունը թույլատրվում է:
Հստակեցվում է նաև կոմերցիոն գովազդների սահմանափակումը գետնին` դարպասային և կողային գծերից դուրս ընկած տարածքներում:
Նշվում է, որ փոխարինողը, ով ոտք է դրել խաղադաշտ դրանից հետո կարող է կատարել խաղի ցանկացած վերսկսում, ներառյալ անկյունային հարված և կողագծից նետում: Ոմանք սխալ էին մեկնաբանում «հին» ձևակերպումը, ասելով, որ խաղը պետք է վերսկսվի, որից հետո միայն փոխարինողը կարող է կատարել խաղի հաջորդ վերսկսումները: Եթե հեռացված խաղացողը խախտում է կատարում, ապա ավելի տրամաբանական է նրա նկատմամբ կիրառել նույն պատժամիջոցները` ինչը կկիրառվեր, եթե նույնը կատարեր փոխարինողը: Հետևաբար, եթե հեռացված խաղացողը վեր ադառնում է խաղադաշտ, ապա նա պետք է պատժվի տու գանային/ ազատ հարվածով:
