Ներկայիս Սպիտակ տունը վեցհարկանի է (երկուսը նկուղային հարկեր են)։ Այն ունի 132 սենյակ, 35 լոգասենյակ, 147 պատուհան, 412 դուռ, երեք վերելակ, յոթ աստիճան։

Սպիատակ տունը բավականին պարզ է դասավորված. առաջին հարկում տեղակայված է Քարտեզների սենյակը, Ոսկեպատ եւ Ճապոնական սենյակները, պաշտոնական ընդունելությունների սենյակը։ Երկրորդ հարկում են Հանդիսությունների սենյակը, Կարմիր, Երկնագույն եւ Կանաչ դահլիճները, Ընտանեկան ճաշասենյակն ու Արեւելյան դահլիճը։ Ի դեպ, վերջինս ամենամեծն է։

Աշխարհահռչակ օվալային աշխատասենյակը, որտեղ իր աշխատանքային ժամերն է անցկացնում նախագահը, գտնվում է Արեւելյան թեւում։ Երրորդ հարկն անվանում են «ընտանեկան», քանզի հենց այնտեղ են տեղակայված նախագահնի ընտանիքի անդամների սենյակները։
