Միջազգային մասնագիտական խումբը, որը վարում է անցած տարի հուլիսին Ուկրաինայում ընկած մալազիական «Բոինգի» գործով հետաքննությունը, ներկայում ուսումնասիրում է մի շարք բեկորներ, որոնք, ամենայն հավանականությամբ, պատկանում էին «Բուգ» հակաօդային պաշտպանության համակարգին:

«Նիդերլանդների Ազգային անվտանգության խորհրդի հետ համատեղ քննչական խումբն ուսումնասիրում է բեկորներ, որոնք կապ ունեն «ցամաք-երկինք» համակարգի հետ: Այս մասերը ավելի վաղ հավաքվել էին Ուկրաինայի արևելքում և գտնվում են քրեական հետաքննությունն իրականացնող խմբի տրամադրության տակ»,- ասվում է Նիդերլանդների Ազգային անվտանգության խորհրդի հրապարակած հաղորդագրության մեջ:
Հայտարարության մեջ նաև նշվում է, որ ներկա պահին դեռ վաղ է հաստատել, թե արդյոք այդ բեկորները հանդիսացել են MH-17 չվերթի անկման արդյունք:
Մալազիական Malaysia Airlines ավիաընկերցության Boeing-777 մարդատար ինքնաթիռը, որը հուլիսի 17-ին չվերթ էր իրականացնում Ամստերդամից Կուալա Լումպուր, վթարի էր ենթարկվել Դոնեցկի տարածքում: Իքնաթիռում գտնվում էր 298 մարդ, որոնք բոլորն էլ զոհվել են: Ավելի վաղ հաղորդվել էր, որ արդեն ճանաչված են ավիաաղետի 289 զոհեր:
