58-ամյա քաղաքացուն ծեծելով սպանած կասկածյալը 2 աղջիկների մահացու վրաերթի էր ենթարկել

«Ոստիկանության Էրեբունու բաժնի կողմից ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104 հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 7-րդ և 10-րդ կետերի մեղադրանքով հետախուզվում են Երևանի Էրեբունի թաղամասի բնակիչներ՝ 1990 թ. ծնված Արարատ Նիկողոսյանը և 1993 թ. ծնված Արտաշես Չիչոյանը: Հիշեցնենք, որ հունիսի 4-ին, ժամը 23.45-ին, ոստիկանության Էրեբունու բաժնում հաղորդում էր ստացվել, որ Նուբարաշենի խճուղում գտնվող բենզալցակայանի դիմաց մահացած քաղաքացի կա:
Մեկնած օպերատիվ խումբը պարզել էր, որ ժամը 23-ին «Ֆորդ Տրանզիտ» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայի վարորդ, 1958 թ. ծնված Եղիշե Խաչատրյանի ու անհայտ ավտոմեքենայի վարորդի և ուղևորների միջև Նուբարաշենի խճուղու թիվ 1/5 հասցեի մոտ տեղի է ունեցել վիճաբանություն, որի ընթացքում ստացած մարմնական վնասվածքներից Եղիշե Խաչատրյանը մահացել էր:
Գործով կա մեկ կալանավորված՝ 1990 թ. ծված Խաչիկ Կոսյանը: Վերջինս անունը մեկ այլ գործով է հայտնի: Մասնավորապես մեզ հայտնի դարձավ, որ դեռեւս 5 տարի առաջ, 2010 թվականի հունիսի մեկին, գիշերը ժամը 1.30-ի սահմաններում Երեւանի ճանապարհային ոստիկանության աշխատակիցները Էրեբունի փողոցի բակերից մեկում հայտնաբերված «Նիվա» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենան, որը Հերացի փողոցի վրա վրաերթի էր ենթարկել երկու աղջիկների եւ դիմել փախուստի վարել է Խաչիկ Կոսյանը: Վրաերթից հիշեցնենք, մահացած աղջիկները զարմուհիներ էին , երկուսն էլ 18 տարեկան: Վիկտորյա եւ Ալբինա Մակինյանները Գյումրիից էին եւ, ըստ տեղեկությունների, սովորում էին Բժշկական համալսարանում:
