Վերաֆինանսավորման տոկոսադրույքն իջեցվել է 0.25 տոկոսային կետով

ԿԲ խորհուրդը օգոստոսի 11-ի նիստում որոշել է իջեցնել վերաֆինանսավորման տոկոսադրույքը 0.25 տոկոսային կետով՝ սահմանելով այն 10.25%:
Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ԿԲ հասարակայնության հետ կապերի ծառայությունից, 2015թ. հուլիսին արձանագրվել է 2.2% գնանկում` նախորդ տարվա նույն ամսվա 0.9% գնանկման դիմաց, որի պարագայում 12-ամսյա գնաճը նվազել է՝ ամսվա վերջին կազմելով 4.2%:
Փաստացի զարգացումների համաձայն, արտաքին հատվածում արձանագրվել են համաշխարհային տնտեսության սպասվածից դանդաղ աճի միտումներ, ինչի պարագայում միջազգային ապրանքային շուկաներում պահպանվել է գնանկումային միջավայրը: Ելնելով այդ զարգացումներից, ինչպես նաև պայմանավորված առաջիկա ամիսներին սպասվող համաշխարհային պահանջարկի թույլ աճով և առանձին ապրանքային շուկաներում առաջարկի ավելցուկով՝ ԿԲ խորհուրդը արտաքին հատվածից ակնկալվող ազդեցությունը շարունակում է գնահատել ոչ գնաճային:
Խորհուրդն արձանագրել է, որ երկրորդ եռամսյակում տնտեսական ակտիվության աճի տեմպերը գերազանցել են ակնկալիքները. հունվար-հունիսին՝ նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածի նկատմամբ կազմել է 4.2%, որին հիմնականում նպաստել են կանխատեսվածի համեմատ գյուղատնտեսության և մասամբ արդյունաբերության ճյուղերում գրանցված ավելի բարձր աճերը: Չնայած գյուղմթերքի արտահանման աճի արձանագրված բարձր տեմպերին և առաջիկայում այդ միտումների պահպանմանը, գյուղատնտեսության ճյուղի դրական զարգացումների արդյունքում կձևավորվեն նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածի համեմատ գյուղմթերքների գների ցածր մակարդակներ: Ստեղծված ցածր գնաճային միջավայրը մասամբ կչեզոքացվի սպասվածից ավելի խթանող հարկաբյուջետային քաղաքականության իրականացմամբ: Միաժամանակ, ներկայումս չի դիտարկվում օգոստոսի 1-ից էլեկտրաէներգիայի սակագնի բարձրացման` նախկինում ակնկալվող գնաճային ազդեցությունը: Այս զարգացումների ներքո ԿԲ խորհուրդը գնահատում է, որ տարվա երկրորդ կիսամյակում 12-ամսյա գնաճը կնվազի և կտատանվի թույլատրելի միջակայքի ներքևի հատվածում, ինչից ելնելով էլ նպատակահարմար է թուլացնել դրամավարկային պայմանն երը:
Այդուհանդերձ, և՛ արտաքին հատվածում, և՛ ներքին տնտեսությունում դեռևս պահպանվում են ռիսկեր, որոնց դրսևորման դեպքում հնարավոր է գնաճային միջավայրի ընդլայնում և ԿԲ կողմից դրամավարկային քաղաքականության ուղղությունների համապատասխան ճշգրտում՝ ուղղված միջնաժամկետ հատվածում գնաճի նպատակի իրագործմանը:
Լոմբարդային ռեպոների և բանկերից ներգրավվող միջոցների տոկոսադրույքները սահմանվել են համապատասխանաբար 11.75% և 8.75%:
