Ինչպե՞ս պատրաստել բանջարեղենային բրինձ

Այս ուտեստը պատրաստելու համար անհրաժեշտ է բրինձ, սմբուկ, կանաչ և կարմիր պղպեղ, լոլիկ, սունկ և սխտոր:
Նախ անհրաժեշտ է մանր խորանարդիկներով կտրատել սմբուկը, տապակել ձեթի մեջ, այնուհետև այն մի կողմ դնել: Առանձին թավայի մեջ կտրատել 1-2 լոլիկ, թեթև տապակել, ավելացնել բրինձը, 1-2 րոպե խառնել լոլիկի հետ: Այնուհետև ավելացնել 3 բաժակ ջուր, աղ՝ ըստ ճաշակի, որից հետո կտրատել կանաչ և կարմիր պղպեղները և թողնել եփվի 30-40 րոպե: Այս ամենը եփելուց հետո ավելացնել տապակած սմբուկը և մի փոքր սխտոր՝ հաճելի համ ապահովելու համար: Ըստ ճաշակի՝ կարելի է նաև ավելացնել կանաչի:
