Ռուսաստանի հրեական համայնքների դաշնության նախագահ Ալեքսանդր Բորոդան օրերս բավական դիպուկ կերպով մեկնաբանել է ԳԴՀ Բունդեսթագի կողմից ընդունված Հայոց ցեղասպանության ճանաչման մասին բանաձևն, ինչպես նաև, դրա հետ կապված, Թուրքիայի արդարադատության նախարար Բեքիր Բոզդաղի հայտարարությունն առ այն, որ «ժամանակին գերմանացիներն իրենք են այրել հրեաներին վառարաններում, իսկ այժմ զրպարտում են թուրք ժողովրդին»:
Ըստ Բորոդայի՝ Գերմանիան լիովին բարոյական իրավունք ուներ՝ պաշտոնապես ճանաչելու Օսմանյան կայսրությունում իրականացված Հայոց ցեղասպանությունը, քանի որ անցյալում այդ երկիրը ստանձնել է հրեական Հոլոքոստի պատասխանատվությունը: Գերմանական մոտեցման տարբեությունը թուրքականից այն է, որ Գերմանիան չի հրաժարվել Հոլոքոստի պատասխանատվությունից, ավելին՝ ճիշտ հետևություններ է կատարել անցյալից:
Հրեա գործիչը նաև նշել է, որ Գերմանիան, անցյալում թույլ տալով բազմաթիվ սխալներ, այնուամենայնիվ, գիտակցում է, որ մի ցեղասպանության վերաբերյալ լռությունը, ցավոք, հեշտությամբ կարող է հանգեցնել մեկ այլ ցեղասպանության՝ «Անհրաժեշտ է իրերն իրենց անունով կոչել, Ճշմարտությունը կօգնի առաջին հերթին հենց Թուրքիային, և գլխավորը՝ կկանխի աշխարհում նոր ցեղասպանական դրսևորումների հնարավորությունը»:
Ինչ խոսք, ողջունելի է բավական նշանակալից հրեական կառույցի ղեկավարի կողմից նման օբյեկտիվ գնահատականի հնչեցումը, մինչդեռ, այնուամենայնիվ, Գերմանիայի և Թուրքիայի մոտեցումների մեկնաբանությանը զուգահեռ՝ հրեա գործչի տեսակետը շատ ավելի լիարժեք կլիներ, եթե որոշակի հարցադրումներ պարունակեր՝ թե ինչու՞ նացիստական Գերմանիայի կողմից իրականացված ցեղասպանության զոհերի իրավահաջորդը հանդիսացող Իսրայել պետությունը մինչ այս ձեռնպահ է մնում Հայոց ցեղասպանությունը պաշտոնապես ճանաչելուց:
Շարունակելով Ա. Բորոդայի միտքն, այնուամենայնիվ, պետք է հավաստել, որ աշխարհում նոր ցեղասպանությունների հնարավորությունը կանխելու գործում բացառիկ դերակատարություն ունեն առաջին հերթին հենց ցեղասպանված ժողովուրդները: Նշվածի ակնհայտ օրինակն է ՀՀ պաշտոնական ներկայացուցչությունների գործունեությունը միջազգային ատյաններում՝ ուղղված նոր ցեղասպանական դրսևորումների դատապարտմանն ու կանխարգելման փորձերին, մինչդեռ Իսրայել պետության դեպքում նկատելի է տրամագծորեն հակառակ միտումը՝ հրեական Հոլոքոստի բացառիկության ընդգծման և ամբողջ աշխարհում շարունակվող հակահրեականության դրսևորումների առկայության մատնանշման քաղաքականությունը:
