Տավուշում փորսուղի որսի ժամանակ մահացել է 58-ամյա տղամարդ

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Տավուշի մարզային քննչական վարչության Բերդի քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ նույն մարզի 58-ամյա բնակիչ Ա.Աթոյանի մահվան դեպքի առթիվ։
Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, 2015թ. օգոստոսի 11-ին՝ ժամը 09։30-ի սահմաններում, Տավուշի մարզում՝ «Մնգլտեղեր» կոչվող հանդամասում, ստացած հրազենային մարմնական վնասվածքներից մահացել է նույն մարզի 58-ամյա բնակիչ Ա.Աթոյանը։
Քննության տվյալներով՝ Տավուշի մարզի բնակիչներ 1971թ. ծնված Ա.Խանաղյանը և 1957թ. ծնված Ա.Աթոյանը վաղ առավոտյան «Մնգլտեղեր» կոչվող հանդամաս են գնացել՝ փորսուղ տեսակի կենդանու որս կատարելու համար։
Նախնական վարկածի համաձայն՝ ապօրինի որսի ժամանակ Ա.Խանաղյանն իրեն պատկանող ԻԺ–58ՄԱ տեսակի երկփողանի 12 տրամաչափի որսորդական հրացանով կրակ է արձակել փորսուղի ուղղությամբ, որն անզգուշությամբ դիպել է սայթաքելու հետևանքով այդտեղ հայտնված, իր հետ որս կատարող Ա.Աթոյանի ձախ նստաշրջանին, որի հետևանքով վերջինս ստացած հրազենային մարմնական վնասվածքներից մահացել է:
Դեպքի առթիվ 2015թ. օգոստոսի 11-ին Տավուշի մարզային քննչական վարչության Բերդի քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 109-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով (անզգուշությամբ մահ պատճառելը) և 294-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 2-րդ կետով (ապօրինի որս):
Կատարվել է դեպքի վայրի զննություն, առգրավվել են ԻԺ–58ՄԱ տեսակի երկփողանի 12 տրամաչափի որսորդական հրացանը, դեպքի պահին Ա.Խանաղյանի և Ա.Աթոյանի հագին եղած հագուստները: Ա.Խանաղյանի ձեռքերից և դեմքից վերցվել են փորձանմուշներ՝ փորձաքննություն նշանակելու համար:
Ա.Խանաղյանը ձերբակալվել է և հարցաքննվել որպես կասկածյալ:
