այաստանի Հանրապետությունը և Վերակառուցման և զարգացման միջազգային բանկը 2016թ.փետրվարի 23-ին ստորագրել են «Տեղական տնտեսության և ենթակառուցվածքների զարգացման ծրագրի» վարկային համաձայնագիր` 55 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլար արժողությամբ: Ծրագիրը բաղկացած է հետևյալ մասերից և բաղադրիչներից. ժառանգության հանգույցի վերականգնում և զբոսաշրջային երթուղու մշակում, որով նախատեսվում է Գորիսի և Մեղրու հին քաղաքներում և ժառանգություն հանդիսացող Արենի, Տաթև և Տանձատափ գյուղերում քաղաքային վերականգնողական միջոցառումների համար ծրագրի մասնակից շահառուների ներդրումային ենթածրագրի ֆինանսավորում դրամաշնորհի հիմքով, Գառնու տաճարի և կիրճի, Գեղարդավանքի, Խոր Վիրապի վանքի, Արենու շուկայի և քարանձավի, Մոզրովի քարանձավի, Եղեգիսի, Զորաց քարերի (Քարահունջ), Խնձորեսկի, Հաղպատի և Սանահինի մշակութային ժառանգության պահպանության և տեղական կառավարման միջոցառումների բարելավման նպատակով ծրագրի մասնակից շահառուների ներդրումային ենթածրագրի ֆինանսավորում դրամաշնորհի հիմունքով:

Այս միջոցառումները, ի թիվս այլոց, կարող են ներառել իրականացման վայրի կառավարման պլանների իմաստով խորհուրդ-առաջարկներ, այցելուների համար նախատեսվող շինությունների կառուցումը` տեղեկատվական կենտրոններով, սրճարաններով, հասարակական զուգարաններով և կայանատեղիներով, մշակութային ժառանգության հուշարձանների և շրջակա տների պահպանությունը և հասանելիության բարելավումը` հարակից ճանապարհների և ենթակառուցվածքների միջոցով և այլն:

ՀՀ կառավարությունը և նույն բանկը 2016թ. ապրիլի 5-ին ստորագրել են «Կոտայքի և Գեղարքունիքի մարզերի կոշտ թափոնների կառավարման ծրագիր» վարկային համաձայնագիրը` 5,5 մլն եվրո արժողությամբ: Ծրագրի նպատակն է ՀՀ-ին աջակցել բարելավելու կոշտ թափոնների կառավարումը նշված երկու մարզում: Ծրագրի ներդրումային բաղադրիչներից են թափոնի հավաքման բեռնատարները, թափոնի կոնտեյներ/արկղերը, թափոնի հավաքման նոր կետերը, նոր աղբավայրի կառուցումը, աղբավայրի աշխատանքի համար մասնագիտացված սարքավորումները, փոխանցման կայանների շինարարությունը:

Ս.թ. ապրիլի 15-ին ՀՀ-ն և եվրոպական ներդրումային բանկը ստորագրել են «Բագրատաշենի, Բավրայի և Գոգավանի սահմանային անցակետերի արդիականացում» ֆինանսական պայմանագրի 3-րդ փոփոխությունը, որով կտրամադրվի լրացուցիչ 534 հազար եվրո, որն անհրաժեշտ է ծրագրի իրականացման պայմանագրերով նախատեսված և իրական գումարների տարբերությունը վճարելու համար: Միջազգային ևս մեկ պայմանագրի 2-րդ փոփոխությունն են ստորագրել ՀՀ ֆինանսների նախարարությունը և չինական «Նուքթեք քամփնի» ՍՊԸ-ն: Պայմանագրով ստանձնած պարտավորությունները փոխանցվում են նոր գնորդին` ՀՀ ֆինանսների նախարարությունից առանձնացած ՀՀ ԿԱ պետեկամուտների կոմիտեին: Միաժամանակ փոփոխվում է վճարման և առաքման ժամանակացույցը և վերջնաժամկետ է սահմանվում մինչև 2016թ. դեկտեմբերի 31-ը: Իր առաջիկա հունիսի 9-ի նիստում գործադիրը պատրաստվում է հավանություն տալ վերը նշված համաձայնագրերին և պայմանագրերի փոփոխություններին:
