Աշխարհում բռնությունից կորուստները կազմել են 13,6 տրլն դոլար

Աշխարհում բռնությունից կորուստները փոքր-ինչ նվազել են, բայց շարունակում են մնալ շատ բարձր մակարդակի վրա՝ 2015 թվականին հասնելով 13,6 տրլն դոլարի, ինչը կազմում Է համաշխարհային համախառն արդյունքի 13,3 տոկոսը:Այս տվյալներն Է բովանդակում «Խաղաղասիրության գլոբալ ինդեքսը» (Global Peace Index), որը Լոնդոնում հրապարակվել Է Տնտեսության եւ խաղաղության ինստիտուտի (The Institute for Economics and Peace) կողմից:

Հետազոտության մեջ վերլուծվում Է 163 երկրների իրադրությունը, որոնցում ապրում Է մոլորակի բնակչության 99,7 տոկոսը:

«Սա զեկույցի գլխավոր եզրակացություններից մեկն Է եւ համեմատության համար կարելի Է ասել, որ դա մոտավորապես 11 անգամ ավելի Է, քան ուղղակի գլոբալ օտարերկրյա ներդրումների ծավալը»,-ՏԱՍՍ-ի թղթակցի հետ զրուցելիս հայտնել Է Տնտեսության եւ խաղաղության ինստիտուտի հիմնադիր Սթիվ Կիլելեան: Ինչպես նշվում Է 120-Էջանոց փաստաթղթում, եթե այդ ծախսերը բաժանվեին Երկրի բոլոր բնակիչների միջեւ, ապա յուրաքանչյուրին օրական բաժին կընկներ 5 դոլար այն դեպքում, երբ աղքատության շեմը, ըստ Համաշխարհային բանկի փորձագետների գնահատումների, օրական 1,9 դոլար Է:

Բռնությունից կորուստների կառուցվածքում ինստիտուտի փորձագետները ներառում են կորուստները հակամարտություններից (742 մլրդ դոլար), հանցավորությունից (2,5 տրլն դոլար), ինչպես նաեւ ներքին անվտանգության համար կատարվող ծախսերը (4,2 տրլն դոլար) եւ ռազմական ծախսերը (6,2 տրլն դոլար): Ինչ վերաբերում Է վերջին ցուցանիշին, ապա զեկույցում ընդգծվում Է, որ «համաշխարհային ռազմական ծախսերը վերջին երեք տարում կրճատվել են 10 տոկոսով, սակայն շարունակում են զգալիորեն ավելի բարձր մակարդակի վրա մնալ, քան 1960 թվականին»:

Հետազոտության մեջ նշվում Է, որ աշխարհում բռնությունից տնտեսական կորուստները 2015 թվականին նախորդ տարվա համեմատությամբ կրճատվել են 2 տոկոսով, ինչը դրամական արտահայտությամբ կազմել Է 246 մլրդ դոլար: Նախեւառաջ դա տեղի Է ունեցել ի հաշիվ «սպանությունների թվի, ներքին անվտանգության ծախսերի եւ զարգացած երկրներում ռազմական ծախսերի նվազեցման»:

Միեւնույն ժամանակ հակամարտություններ, բարդ քրեական կամ ներքին քաղաքական իրադրություն ունեցող պետություններում այդ ծախսերը երբեմն գերազանցում են ՀՆԱ-ի ծավալի կեսը: Առավել կրիտիկական վիճակ Է ստեղծվել Սիրիայում եւ Իրաքում, որտեղ բռնությունից կորուստները կազմել են ՀՆԱ-ի 54-ական տոկոսը: Եռյակը եզրափակում Է Աֆղանստանը (45 տոկոս): Առաջին տասնյակում են նաեւ Վենեսուելան, Հարավային Սուդանը, Հոնդուրասը, Կոլումբիան, Կենտրոնաֆրիկյան Հանրապետությունը, ԿԺԴՀ-ն եւ Լեսոտոն: Ինչպես հետեւում Է զեկույցից, որն այս տարի հրապարակվում Է տասներորդ անգամ, Ռու սաստանում բռնությունից կորուստները 2015 թվականին հասել են 342,7 մլրդ դոլարի, ինչը հավասար Է ՀՆԱ-ի 18 տոկոսին: Տնտեսության եւ խաղաղության ինստիտուտը 2007 թվականին հիմնել Է ձեռնարկատեր Սթիվ Կիլելեան: Ինստիտուտն իր ներկայացուցիչներն ունի Սիդնեյում, Նյու Յորքում եւ Մեխիկոյում:
