Փորի 4 տեսակներ, և ինչպես պայքարել դրանց դեմ (լուսանկարներ)

Փորի հատվածում ճարպերը մեզ շատ են խանգարում: Դա ճարպի ամենավտանգավոր տեսակներից է, որը նվազեցնում է երկարակեցության հնարավորությունները: Որպեսզի ազատվեք դրանից, պետք է իմանալ, թե ճարպի որ տեսակն է առանց խղճի խայթ զգալու տեղավորվել ձեր փորի մեջ:
1 Այսպես կոչված «փորիկ»
Այս խաչն իրենց վրա կրում են գրասենյակում աշխատողները: Նույնիսկ ամենաբարակ մարմնի վրա էլ կարող է առաջանալ «փորիկ»: Դրա առաջացման պատճառներից մեկը կարող է լինել գոտկատեղի լարվածությունը, որն առաջանում է նստած գործ անելիս:
Ինչպես ազատվել «փորիկից»
Մի շտապեք աշխատանքից հեռանալու դիմում գրել: Խնդրի լուծման համար ձեր սննդակարգ մտցրեք սպիտակուցներով և մանրաթելերով հարուստ սնունդ:
2 «Սթրեսային փորիկ»
Սթրեսը մահացու է մեր առողջության համար, ամենավտանգավոր հիվանդությունն է, որով մենք տառապում ենք: Հաճախ մարդիկ ուշադրություն չեն դարձնում դրան, և շարունակում են ապրել սթրեսային վիճակում: Իսկ այդ մարդասպանին չի կարելի անտեսել: Սովորաբար ամեն ինչ սկսվում է «փորիկից», որին ուշադրություն չդարձնելու և չկանխարդելելու դեպքում, վերածվում է փորի սթրեսային տիպի:
Ինչպես ազատվել «Սթրեսային փորիկից»
Վարժությունները կլինեն խնդրի լուծումը: Դուք վախեցա՞ծ եք: Կարծում եք դուք պետք է վարժություններ անեք մինչև հալումա՞շ լինեք: Ահա և ոչ: Փորը մեծացել է սթրեսի անրդյունքու՞մ: Նշանակում է առաջին հերթին պետք է ազատվել սթրեսից: Ոտքով զբոսնելը հիանալի միջոց է, որը ձեզ կօգնի: Արդյունքը ձեզ կգոհացնի:
3 «Պահեստային»
Հենց այսպիսի փորի է վերածվում «փորիկը», եթե դուք նստակյաց աշխատանքի հետ մեկտեղ օգտագործում եք շաքար և ալկոհոլ: Եթե դուք միջոցներ չձեռնարկեք, ազդրերի վրա իջնող ավելորդ օղակը վաղ թե ուշ ձեզ կսպանի:
Ինչպես ազատվել «Պահեստային»-ից
Փորի այս տեսակից պետք է շատ արագ ազատվել: Բացառեք կամ շատ կրճատեք շաքարավազը: Խանութներում, ռեստորաններում, ակումբներում առանց հետ նայելու անցեք ալկոհոլի բաժնի կողքով: Ոտքով շատ քայլեք և ձեր ճաշացանկ մտցրեք առանց օսլայի մրգեր և կանաչեղեն:
4 «Մայրիկի փոր»
Նայեք ձեր փոքրիկներին՝ նրանք արժանի են: Դուք կրել եք ձեր փորում նրանց և նոր կյանք եք պարգևել այս աշխարհին: Ծննդաբերությունից հետո փոր է առաջացել մարմնի հենց կենտրոնական հատվածում, և հենց այստեղ է ամենադժվարը նրանից ազատվելը: Բարեբախտաբար սրա դրա լուծումն էլ կա:
