ԵԽ Ռասիզմի և անհանդուրժողականության դեմ հանձնաժողովը խստորեն դատապարտել է Ադրբեջանին

 ԵԽ Ռասիզմի և անհանդուրժողականության դեմ Եվրոպական հանձնաժողովը (ECRI) հունիսի 7-ին հրապարակել է նոր զեկույց Ադրբեջանի վերաբերյալ:  Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, զեկույցում որպես մտահոգության առիթ են նշվում ատելության խոսքը, քաղաքացիական անկախ հասարակության և մեդիայի ոտնահարումները, անարդարությունները ԼԳԲՏ անձանց և խտրականությունը կրոնական փոքրամասնությունների նկատմամբ:

Անդրադառնալով անկախ քաղաքացիական հասարակության և մեդիայի անկմանը` զեկույցում նշվում է. «Որպես դրա հետևանք` խոցելի խմբերն այսուհետ չեն կարող ռասիզմի, ատելություն պարունակող խոսքի կամ խտրականության պարագայում դիմել հասարակական կազմակերպություններին աջակցության համար»:

Զեկույցի հեղինակներն արձանագրել են, որ թեպետ Ադրբեջանում էթնիկ հողի վրա ատելության հետևանքով իրականացված բռնության հանցագործություններ տեղի չեն ունեցել, այդուհանդերձ վերջին հինգ տարիների ընթացքում քաղաքական առաջնորդները, կրթական հաստատությունները և լրատվականները շարունակում են ատելության խոսք քարոզել: «Հայ սպային Բուդապեշտում սպանելու համար ցմահ ազատազրկման դատապարտված Ռամիլ Սաֆարովին 2012 թվականին ներում շնորհելը, ազատելն ու պարգևատրելը անպատժելիության մթնոլորտ է ստեղծում ռասիստական հանցագործություններ նախապատրաստողի համար: Զեկույցը հորդորում է իշխանություններին վերջ դնել ատելության խոսքի մշտական կիրառմանը և փոխարենն առաջ տանել փոխադարձ հասկացողությունն ու վստահությունը»,- նշվում է զեկույցում:

Ռասիզմի և անհանդուրժողականության դեմ Եվրոպական հանձնաժողովը հորդորել է Ադրբեջանին պայմաններ ստեղծել բազմազան և անկախ քաղաքացիական հասարակության զարգացման համար և կատարել այն խոստումները, որը երկիրը տվել է Եվրոպայի խորհրդին` կապված զինվորական ծառայության այլընտրանքների օրենսդրական մշակման հետ:
