Գլոբալ ահաբեկչական սպառնալիքի ամերիկյան գնահատականները

Արմեն Պետրոսյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Ամերիկյան Մերիլենդ նահանգի համալսարանի մասնագետների կողմից իրականացված հետազոտության համաձայն, որին, ի դեպ, հղում է կատարել նաև ԱՄՆ պետդեպն՝ իր ամենամյա գլոբալ ահաբեկչության վերաբերյալ զեկույցը կազմելիս, 2015 թ. ընթացքում, ընդհանուր առմամբ, ամբողջ աշխարհում տեղի են ունեցել 11.774 ահաբեկչական գործողություններ, որոնց հետևանքով զոհվել է ավելի քան 28.300 մարդ, վիրավորվել՝ շուրջ 35.300-ը:
Փաստաթղթում, համեմատական անցկացնելով 2014թ. տվյալների հետ, նշվում է, որ 1 տարվա ընթացքում ահաբեկչության դեպքերը նվազել են 14%-ով, ահաբեկչական հարձակումների թիվն աճել է Աֆղանստանում, Բանգլադեշում, Եգիպտոսում, Սիրիայում, Թուրքիայում և Ֆիլիպիններում:
Զեկույցում նաև ամրագրվել է, որ, այնուամենայնիվ, ահաբեկչության սպառնալիքը շարունակել է կտրուկ աճ ցուցաբերել ամբողջ 2015թ. ընթացքում՝ դառնալով ավելի ապակենտրոնացված: Ահաբեկիչները հաջողությամբ օգտագործում են մի շարք երկրներում առաջացած սոցիալական, մարդու բնական իրավունքների և ազատությունների սահմանափակմամբ պայմանավորված դժգոհությունները:
Պետդեպի զեկույցում անդրադարձ է կատարվել նաև առանձին ահաբեկչական կառույցներին, մասնավորապես՝ «Իսլամական պետություն»(ԻՊ) ահաբեկչական կազմակերպությանը՝ այն բնորոշելով որպես լրջագույն սպառնալիք ամբողջ աշխարհի համար: Նշվել է նաև, որ ԻՊ-ը մի քանի տասնյակ ճյուղավորումներ ունի ամբողջ Մերձավոր Արևելքում, Աֆրիկայում և Ասիայում, ինչպես նաև այն, որ ահաբեկչական կազմակերպությունը, որոշ առումներով զիջելով սեփական դիրքերն Իրաքում և Սիրիայում, դրան հակառակ՝ ավելի ամրապնդվում է Լիբիայում ու Եգիպտոսում:
Ըստ էության, նաև այս փաստաթուղթը թույլ է տալիս կանխատեսելու գլոբալ հակաահաբեկչական պայքարում Վաշինգտոնի կողմից ուրվագծվող մարտավարությունը: Ասել է թե՝ առնվազն մինչև 2017 թ. սկիզբ, այսինքն՝ Բարաք Օբամայի պաշտոնավարման ժամկետի փաստացի ավարտը, մեծ հավանականությամբ, ականատես կլինենք հանգուցային հակաահաբեկչական գործողությունների հատկապես Իրաքի և Սիրիայի տարածքներում ԻՊ-ի դիրքերի դեմ, ինչի մեկնարկը, կարծես թե, տրվեց մայիս ամսվա երկրորդ կեսին:
