Մի քանի տարի առաջ, երբ մենք ծառայում էինք, այդքան տարածված չէր սոցցանցերը ու բանակում կատարվող ամեն բան մնում էր բանակի պատերի մեջ , դրա մասին իմանում էին միայն զինվորները, մեկ-մեկ նաև ծնողները, այդ շրջանում ուրիշ վերաբերմունք կար զինվորի հանդեպ: Այդ ժամանակ զինվորին վերավերվում էին , որպես ինսիտուտից դուրս մնացածի, որպես սովածի ու այլ նման բաներ: Շատ դեպքերում մայրերը , իրենց երեխաներին խրատելու համար, ասում էին ՝ լավ սովորի , որ լավ մասնագետ դառնաս, թե չէ տես էս ապերը չի սովորել բանակ են տարել...տհաճ էր ինչ խոսք, բայց դե մենք էլ արդեն մեզ տենց էինք ընդունում, ծառից պոկած մի հատիկ խնձորի համար ՝ ծառի տերը, պատրաստ էր անիծեր զինվորին /ծառայած տղերքը կհասկանան/ ու նման այլ վերաբերմունքներ: Իհարկե կար նաև լավը , կար զինվոր գնահատողը, որ փողոցում անծանոթ զինվորին բլոկով սիգարետ ու քաղցրավենիք էր առնում, բայց այդ դեպքերը շատ քիչ էին:
Հիմա լայն տարածում ունի սոցցանցը, ամեն բանի մասին տեղեկանում ենք, ամեն ինչ գիտենք: Այն բանակի պատերի մեջ մնացած տեղեկությունները արդեն հասանելի են բոլորին: Հիմա զինվորը հերոս է: Հիմա մայրը երեխային ասում ՝ հաց կեր , որ ուժեղանաս, էս ապերի պես զինվոր դառնաս, հիմա մարդիկ տղա են ցանկանում ծնվի , որ հենց զինվոր դառնա: Հիմա լավա: Հա մի քանի հոգի հայտնվում են , որ բոլորին կոչ են անում , որ չարժե գնալ ծառայել, որ գնում մեռնում են հանուն իշխանության , բայց դե իրանք չեն հասկանում ինչ են խոսում ու կյանքում էլ չեն հասկանա: Չեն հասկանա, որ պետությունը ու հայրենիքը տարբեր բաներ են , որ զոհվում են ոչ թե պետության այլ հայրենիքի համար. որ զինվորը, այդ երկու տարում, թքած ունի քո պետության ցանկացած խնդրի վրա, իրան իր ծառայությունը ու իր ընտանիքն է հետաքրքրում: Բայց դե այդպիսիք քիչ են ու դա լավա: Թող սենց միշտ զինվորին , որպես հերոս ընդունենք:
Հիմա հաջորդ ամենակարևոր բանը՝ այսօրվա զինվորները պետք է տեսնեն մեր հին կռված տղերքին ու հասկանան, որ ծառայությունը կամ ինչ-որ մարտական գործողության ժամանակ աչքի ընկնելը չի կարելի սարքել բերանի ծամոն ու դրանից հետո բոլորի քթից բերել: Շատ դեպքեր կան մեր աչքի առաջ, որ իրանց կեղտոտ արարքները արդարացնում են ՝ դե բա կռված տղա եմ... Կռված կամ հայրենիքին ծառայած տղեն ավելի համեստ պիտի լինի, ավելի զուսպ , ավելի մարդ: Չի կարելի կատարածդ պարտքը մտցնել բոլորի աչքը: Բոլորս էլ գիտենք, դեռ այն ժամանակ , մարդկանց ավտոբուսներից էին զոռով տանում կռվի, հիմա էլ նենց չի , որ 16 տարեկան տղեն ամեն օր երազի մեջ տեսնումա, թե երբա այս 2 տարին անցնելու , որ բանակ տանեն: Դա հասարակ բաներ են , որ բոլորս էլ հասկանում ենք: Ու կռիվ գնալը կամ հայրենիքին ծառայելը, ոչ թե լավություն է , այլ պարտք, որը պետք է կատարես քո ու քո ընտանիքի հետո հայրենիքի հանդեպ: Տուն գնալուց, որ մի հատ հաց ես առնում , հաստատ տնեցիքին մի ամիս երեսով չես տալիս: Ծառայությունն էլ հայրենիքին տված հացնա:
