ԴիջիԹեք բիզնես ֆորումում կներկայացվեն բիզնեսի աջակցման ծառայություններ

Հունիսի 17-18-ը «Էլիտ պլազա» բիզնես կենտրոնում «Խելացի լուծումներ՝ խելացի բիզնեսի համար» խորագրով ԴիջիԹեք բիզնես ֆորումը համախմբելու է տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների և տնտեսության այլ ոլորտների ներկայացուցիչներին։ Կայանալու են թեմատիկ քննարկումներ։ Դրանցից մեկի՝ «Բիզնեսի աջակցման ծառայություններ» պանելի թեմատիկ գործընկերն է ՖԻՆԼԵՔՍ ընկերությունը։

ՖԻՆԼԵՔՍ-ի իրավախորհրդատու Լիլիթ Շախուլյանը նշում է, որ ԴիջիԹեք գործարար համաժողովում ներկայացնելու են իրենց ծառայություններն ու առաջարկությունները։ ՖԻՆԼԵՔՍ-ի թիմն աշխատանքի մեծ փորձ ունի տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների ոլորտի կազմակերպությունների հետ. առաջարկում են ֆինանսաիրավական բնույթի ծառայություններ, այդ թվում, առանց սահմանափակման՝ հաշվապահական, իրավաբանական, բիզնեսի արդյունավետ կառավարման, հարկերի օպտիմալացման, HR, ինչպես նաև ՏՏ ոլորտի պետական աջակցության ծրագրի շրջանականերում հավաստագրերի ձեռքբերման գործընթացի աջակցման ծառայություններ։ ԴիջիԹեք բիզնես ֆորումի սեմինարների ընթացքում ՖԻՆԼԵՔՍ-ը ներկայացնելու է «Freelancer թե business» թեման, որի շրջանակներում խոսվելու է գործունեություն ծավալելու այս երկու մոդելների առավելությունների, թերությունների և ռիսկերի մասին՝ այդպիսով հնարավորություն ընձեռելով անհատ ծրագրավորողներին տեղեկանալու բիզնես ստեղծելու բոլոր էական ասպեկտներին։ Թեմայի շրջանակներում անդրադարձ է լինելու նաև կազմակերպությունն արագ և հեշտ գրանցելու թեմային, օպտիմալ հարկային ռեժիմների ընտրությանը, ինչպես նաև նոր հիմնադրվող բիզնեսի հետ կապված սկսնակ գործարարներին հետաքրքրող այլ հարցերին։ՖԻՆԼԵՔՍ-ը ներկայացնելու է նաև «Իրավաբանորեն պաշտպանված ՏՏ բիզնես» թեման՝ փորձելով հնարավորինս ընդգրկուն անդրադառնալ այն իրավական խնդիրներին, որոնք կարող են ծառանալ ՏՏ ընկերության առջև, ինչպես նաև առաջարկելով այդ խնդիրներին իր լուծումները։ Մասնավորապես, խոսքը կլինի ՏՏ ոլորտում հեղինակային իրավունքների պաշտպանության, աշխատակիցների հետ իրավահարաբերությունների, ինչպես նաև տեղեկատվության անվտանգության իրավական միջոցների վերաբերյալ։

ՖԻՆԼԵՔՍ ֆինանսաիրավական խորհրդատվական ընկերությունն աշխատում է Հայաստանի ՏՏ ոլորտի ակտիվ և առաջատար ներկայացուցիչ հանդիսացող բազմաթիվ կազմակերպությունների հետ, որոնցից շատերի կողքին ՖԻՆԼԵՔՍ-ը եղել է ստեղծման առաջին օրերից։ Այսօր ընկերությանը վստահում են ՏՏ ոլորտի շուրջ 40 կազմակերպություններ, իսկ սկսած 2016 թվականի հունվարից՝ ՖԻՆԼԵՔՍ-ի աջակցությամբ յուրաքանչյուր ամիս մոտ 3-4 նոր ընկերություններ են գրանցվում և ստանում ՏՏ ոլորտում պետական աջակցության իրենց հավաստագրերը, որոնք հնարավորություն են տալիս վերջիններիս օգտվելու առավել բարենպաստ հարկային քաղաքականությունից։

Լիլիթ Շախուլյանը նկատում է նաև, որ հայաստանյան ՏՏ ընկերություններն այսօր շատ հեշտորեն կարող են գործունեություն ծավալել արտասահմանում։ Եվ իրենց տեսլականն է ՏՏ ընկերությունների կողքին լինել, աջակցել նրանց այլ երկրներում գործունեության ծավալելու ընթացքում։
