Ստրատեգիական ճանապարհը ժամանակակից տեսք կստանա

Կոմունիկացիան երկրի համար գերկարևոր ոլորտներից մեկն է, սրա մասին խոսվել է շատ առիթներով: ՀՀ-ն իր առջև դրված շատ մարտահարվերների հետ մեկտեղ փորձում է լուծել նաև այս զգայուն ու հրատապ հարցը:

Արդեն նշել ենք, որ Վանաձոր-Ալավերդի-Վրաստանի սահման միջպետական (Մ-6) ճանապարհի շուրջ 90 կմ երկարությամբ հիմնական տարանցիկ մայրուղու հիմնանորոգման և վերակառուցման ծրագիրը ընթացքի մեջ է: Ծրագիրը ֆինանսավորվելու է Եվրոպական ներդրումային բանկի և Ասիական զարգացման բանկի կողմից: Ծրագրի արժեքը կազմում է 101 մլն եվրո, նպատակն է՝ հիմնանորոգել և վերակառուցել Երևանը Վրաստանի Հանրապետության հետ կապող Վանաձոր-Ալավերդի-Վրաստանի սահման հիմնական տարանցիկ մայրուղին։

Նախագծով նախատեսված հիմնական շինարարական աշխատանքների ընթացքում կկատարվեն հողային պաստառի վերականգնման, անվտանգության էլեմենտների տեղադրման, ճանապարհային պատվածքի վերակառուցման և նորոգման աշխատանքներ։ Այդ ճանապարհահատվածում գտնվող տասներկու կամուրջներից երեքը կքանդվեն՝ փոխարենը կկառուցվեն նորը։

Ծրագրով նախատեսվում են նաև Վանաձոր–Ալավերդի մինչև Վրաստանի սահման միջպետական ճանապարհին գտնվող երեք թունելների վերանորոգման և վերակառուցման աշխատանքներ: Ճանապարհի երկու թունելներում՝ անհրաժեշտ բարձրությունն ապահովելու համար, իրականացվելու են հատակի իջեցման, ինչպես նաև մայթերի, անվտանգության խորշերի կառուցման, ճակատային մասերի վերակառուցման, ասֆալտապատման, ներքին հարդարման, լուսավորության, անվտանգության բազրիքների տեղադրման և այլ աշխատանքներ:

Ի դեպ, 30,579 կմ հատվածում գտնվող թունելն ամբողջությամբ կվերակառուցվի՝ ապահովելով թունելի լայնության և բարձրության համապատասխանությունը շինարարական նորմերով պահանջվող չափորոշիչներին: Բացի այդ, այստեղ կիրականացվեն նաև թունելի երեսպատման, մայթերի և անվտանգության խորշերի կառուցման, ասֆալտապատման, ներքին հարդարման, լուսավորության և անվտանգության համակարգի տեղադրման, նոր ճակատային մասերի, մերձթունելային հրապարակի և պատերի կառուցման և մի շարք այլ աշխատանքներ։ Շինարարական աշխատանքները նախատեսվում է ավարտել 32 ամսում:

Նշված ճանապարհահատվածում 2016թ. բարեկարգման և սպասարկման աշխատանքներ չեն իրականացվել, քանի որ այն հիմնանորոգվելու է։

Վանաձոր-Ալավերդի-Վրաստանի սահման միջպետական ճանապարհին նախատեսվող շինարարական աշխատանքներն աննախադեպ են։ Դեռևս անցած տարի առաջնահերթ միջոցառումներ են ձեռնարկվել՝ ֆինանսական ներդրումներ ներգրավելու և այս խոշոր շինարարությունը սկսելու համար։ Ծրագիրը ֆինանսավորելու համաձայնություն է ձեռք բերվել Եվրոպական ներդրումային բանկի և Ասիական զարգացման բանկի հետ։ Շինարարական աշխատանքների իրականացման ընթացքում ճանապարհը փակվելու է։ Այդ նպատակով անցած տարի հիմնովին նորոգվել է Ստեփանավանով անցնող շրջանցիկ ճանապարհը։

Այս ճանապարհը տասնամյակներ շարունակ արմատական վերանորոգման կարիք է ունեցել, հորդորում ենք մեր բնակչությանը ըմբռնումով մոտենալ սկսվող լայնածավալ վերակառուցման աշխատանքների ընթացքում հնարավոր օբյեկտիվ դժվարություններին , քանի որ ամեն ինչ արվելու է միջպետական այս կարևոր ճանապարհն իր բոլոր բաղադրիչներով ժամանակակից չափորոշիչներին համապատասխանեցնելու և արագ ավարտին հասցնելու համար։
