«ԱՆԻ» կենտրոնը դատապարտում է Հայկ Խանումյանի նկատմամբ բռնությունը

Հայկական ուսումնասիրությունների «ԱՆԻ» կենտրոնը նույնպես դատապարտել է Ստեփանակերտում Հայկ Խանումյանի հանդեպ իրականացված անմարդկային, ոչնչով չարդարացված հաշվեհարդարը:
Կենտրոնից հայտնում են, որ Խանումյանի նկատմամբ իրականացված քստմնելի, ստոր հանցագործությունը չի կարող չունենալ քաղաքական ենթատեքստ, քանի որ նա Արցախի Ազգային ժողովի պատգամավոր է, Արցախում գրանցված եւ օրինական գործող քաղաքական կուսակցության համահիմնադիր ու ղեկավար:
«Փաստացի, Խանումյանը միակ ընդդիմադիր պատգամավորն է, ով հետեւողականորեն քննադատել է իշխանությունների քաղաքականությունը տարբեր հարցերում, բայց նաեւ կառուցողական դիրքորոշում ունեցել նույն այդ իշխանությունների կողմից որդեգրված այլ նախաձեռնությունների նկատմամբ: Խանումյանը եւ նրա երիտասարդ կուսակիցները, ստեղծելով «Ազգային վերածնունդ» կուսակցությունը եւ հաղթահարելով խորհրդարան անցնելու հինգ տոկոսի շեմը՝ առաջին իսկ իրենց ընտրություններում նոր ոճ, նոր մշակույթ, նոր շունչ եւ նոր երանգ էին բերել Արցախի ներքաղաքական դաշտ»,- գրված է հայտարարության մեջ:
Կենտրոնի անդամների համոզմամբ՝ Խանումյանի հանդեպ կատարված արարքն առաջին հերթին վնասում է Արցախի ժողովրդավարական իմիջին եւ հարվածում հայկական երկրորդ, չճանաչված հանրապետության հեղինակությանը՝ նրան դնելով նույն նժարի վրա բռնատիրական Ադրբեջանի հետ, որտեղ այլակարծությունը խեղդվում է ծեծ ու ջարդի, բանտարկության միջոցով եւ կյանքի հանդեպ սպառնալիքներով:
«ԱՆԻ» կենտրոնը Արցախի իշխանություններին, առաջին հերթին՝ իրավապահ մարմիններին, հորդորում է չկոծկել օրը ցերեկով կատարված հանցագործությունը, շուտափույթ ձերբակալել հանցագործներին եւ նրանց պատժել օրենքի ողջ խստությամբ: «Հայկ Խանումյանի նկատմամբ ստորագույն հանցագործության պատասխանատուն Արցախի բարձրագույն իշխանություն է, եթե ժամ առաջ հանցագործները չկանգնեն դատարանի առաջ: Հակառակ դեպքում, ոչ միայն կասկածի տակ է դրվելու Արցախի իշխանությունների՝ ժողովրդավարությանը, մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանությանն ու օրենքի գերակայությանը նվիրված լինելու հայտարարությունները, այլեւ սեպ է խրվելու Հայաստան-Արցախ արհեստական տարանջատման մեջ, ինչպես դա եղավ Ժիրայր Սեֆիլյանի եւ նրա համախոհների հանդեպ Բերձորում իրականացված բռնությունների օրերին: Դատապարտելի են նաեւ Արցախի իշխանական եւ իշխանամերձ շրջանակների ակնարկները Հայկ Խանումյանի՝ բնիկ արցախցի չլինելու իրողության շեշտադրելը»,- նշված է հայտարարության մեջ: Քրիստինա Տեր-Մաթեւոսյան
