ՌԴ-ի հետ ՀՕՊ համակարգը չի պաշտպանելու Արցախը, ուրեմն չի պաշտպանելու նաև ՀՀ-ի երկինքը

Կարեն Համբարձումյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Ինչ է պարզվում, որ Հայաստանի և Ռուսաստանի համատեղ ՀՕՊ համակարգի մասին համաձայնագիրը վերաբերվում է միայն Հայաստանի Հանրապետության տարածքին և օդային տարածության սահմաններին, ԼՂՀ-ի տարածքում այս համաձայնագիրը չի գրոծում, այսինքն այդ համատեղ ՀՕՊ համակարգը չի պաշտպանելու Արցախի երկիրնքը: Իսկ նրանք, ովքեր մեզ համոզում են, թե սա մեր անվտնագության համար է, լկտիաբար ստում են, քանի որ , ստիպված եմ կրկրնել այս շատ պարզ բանը, մեր անվտանգության այս պահին միայն և ամենամեծ սպառնալիքը սկսվում է ղարաբաղա-ադրբեջանական սահմանից, կարճասած ինչն ենք պաշտպանելու և ինչու է պետք մեզ այս համաձայնագիրը, եթե ադրբեջանական հերթական հարձակման դեմ այն ուղղակի գործի չդրվելու։
Այստեղից էլ եզրակացություն, որ սա Հայաստանի պաշտպանական համակարգի կախվածությունը հերթական անգամ ՌԴ-ից մեծացնելու քայլ է։ Այստեղից եզրակացություն, որ այս համաձայնագիրը մեզ լավագույն դեպքում ոչինչ չի տալու և պետք չէ մեզ, փոխարենն այն պետք է ՌԴ-ին, որը փորձում է ամրապնդել ՆԱՏՕ-ի հետ իր սահմանանների անվտանգությունը։
Երեկ ՌԴ-ի նախագահը վրդովված հայտարարում էր թե այն երկրները՝ Ռումինիան, Լեհաստանը, որտեղ ՆԱՏՕ-ն կտեղադրի հակահրթիռային կայաններ, կդառնան թիրախ ՌԴ-ի համար։ Հիմա ինչ է ստացվում, ՌԴ-ն նույն մեխանիզմով մեծացնում է մեր օրինակ Թուրքիայում ՆԱՏՕ ռազմաբազաների կողմից թիրախ դառնալու հավանականությունը՝ վտանգի տակ դնելով այս անգամ նաև ՀՀ-ն։
Մեզ իհարկե պետք է կատարելագործված ՀՕՊ համակարգ, բայց այն պետք է պաշտպանի առաջին հերթին Արցախի երկինքը՝ անվտանգ պահելով նաև ՀՀ-ի երկինքը։ Այլապես սա հերթական անթույլատրելի սխալն է մեր ղեկավարության։
