Համաշխարհային քաղաքականությունն ու մեր «խոշոր շահումը»

Օրեր առաջ Գերմանիայի Բունդեսթագն ընդունեց մի բանաձև, որի համաձայն՝ Գերմանիան ճանաչում է Հայոց ցեղասպանությունը: Թե ինչն էր եվրոպական քաղաքակրթության կենտրոն համարվող Գերմանիային դրդել նման քայլի, այնքան էլ դժվար չէ գուշակել:
Բանն այն է, որ Գերմանիան Առաջին համաշխարհային պատերազմի տարիներին եղել է Թուրքիայի գլխավոր դաշնակիցներից մեկը, և 1915 թվականի դեպքերը առավել լավ, քան գերմանացիները, շատ քչերը գիտեն: Սակայն այն փաստը, որ այդ երկիրը նման բանաձև ընդունում է միայն 101 տարի անց, ևս մեկ անգամ փաստում է այս որոշման քաղաքական ենթատեքստի մասին: Ի վերջո, մի՞թե զարգացած այդ երկրին 101 տարի ժամանակ էր պետք՝ հասկանալու համար, որ 1915 թվականի դեպքերն իսկապես ցեղասպանություն էր:
Քանի դեռ մենք ազգովի սկսեցինք անդադար շնորհակալություն հայտնել այդ երկրին ընդունած որոշման համար, ապա տեղին կլիներ նաև հեգնանքի բաղադրիչով արձագանքել ու ասել. «Տղերք, էս նո՞ր հասկացաք, որ ցեղասպանություն էր, մի քիչ ուշ չի՞»: Սակայն, հաշվի առնելով բազմաթիվ հանգամանքներ, մեր արձագանքը սահմանափակվեց միայն շնորհակալություն ասելով:
Ինչևէ, ևս մեկ երկիր միացավ ցեղասպանությունը ճանաչած երկրների ցանկին, և հաշվի առնելով համաշխարհային քաղաքականության մեջ առկա տրամադրությունները, մոտ ապագայում այս ցանկը կհամալրվի նոր երկրներով: Առաջիկայում նման նախագիծ կքննարկվի նաև Մեծ Բրիտանիայի լորդերի պալատում:
Ստեղծված իրավիճակը համաշխարհային քաղաքականության արձագանքն է Թուրքիայի իրականացրած վերջին գործողություններին: Պարզից էլ պարզ է, որ այս քաղաքականությունը ոչ թե ուղղված է ի նպաստ հայերի որոշում կայացնելուն, այլ ավելի շատ Թուրքիային պատժելուն: Բարեբախտաբար, համաշխարհային քաղաքականությունների այս բախումն ի նպաստ մեզ է, ու դեպքերի նման զարգացման պարագայում հնարավոր է քաղաքական «խոչոր շահում» ունենանք այս ոլորտում:
Թե ինչպիսին կլինեն դեպքերի հետագա զարգացումները, ցույց կտա ժամանակը, սակայն լավ կլինի ճիշտ որսալ շարժման ուղղությունը և համընթաց քայլերով փորձել որոշակի հարցեր լուծել: Եվ միայն խելամիտ քայլերի արդյունքում կարելի է այնպես անել, որ գոնե այս անգամ արձանագրենք կոնկրետ հաջողություն, այլ ոչ թե կրկին սահմանափակվենք միայն բարոյական հաղթանակներով:
