Գյումրիում տեղի ունեցավ «Հնչի՛ր, շեփոր հաղթական» շքերթ-փառատոն

Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Անկախության 25-ամյակի առթիվ ՀՀ կրթության և գիտության նախարարության գեղարվեստական դաստիարակության և մշակույթի մանկապատանեկան կենտրոնի նախաձեռնությամբ Գյումրիում անցկացվեց «Հնչի՛ր, շեփոր հաղթական» խորագիրը կրող  փողային նվագախմբերի հանրապետական շքերթ-փառատոն:

Փառատոնի մասնակից բոլոր փողային նվագախմբերը  Գյումրու «Անկախության» հրապարակից երթով շարժվեցին դեպի «Վարդանանց» հրապարակ: Փառատոնի բացման հանդիսավոր արարողությանը ներկա էին Գյումրու քաղաքապետ Սամվել Բալասանյանը, փոխքաղաքապետեր Ռուբեն Սանոյանը, Վաղարշակ Մխիթարյանը: Քաղաքապետը ողջունեց փառատոնի անցկացումը Գյումրիում՝ նկատելով, որ դրան գալիս է մեկտեղվելու ազատ հայրենիքում ապրելու, ստեղծագործելու, մշակութային ժառանգությունը հարստացնելու ձգտումը: Քաղաքապետը նաև ընդգծեց՝ այս տեսակ միջոցառումների անցկացումը խթան է ապագա սերունդների մեջ փողային նվագարանների հանդեպ հետաքրքրությունը մեծացնելու, հետագայում այդ ուղղությամբ կրթություն ստանալու գործում: Իր խոսքում քաղաքապետը նկատեց՝ Գյումրու քաղաքապետարանի ենթակայության «Անի» փողային նվագախմբը տոնում է գործունեության 85-ամյանը, ապա շնորհավորեց նվագախմբի ղեկավարին ու ողջ կազմին: Գյումրու քաղաքապետի ոսկե հուշամեդալով պարգևատրվեց «Անի» փողային նվագախմբի (ՀՈԱԿ) տնօրեն, նվագախմբի գեղարվեստական ղեկավար Գառնիկ Մեժլումյանը: Փառատոնին ունեցած մասնակցության համար քաղաքապետ ը պատվոգրեր հանձնեց նաև փառատոնի մասնակից բոլոր նվագախմբերին:

Փառատոնի շրջանակում նվագախմբերը ելույթներ ունեցան Գյումրու տարբեր թաղամասերում, իսկ օրվա երկրոդ կեսին կրկին հանդես եկան «Վարդանանց» հրամապարակում:

Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում տեղեկացրեց փառատոնի կազմակերպիչ, ՀՀ կրթության և գիտությաննախարարության Գեղարվեստական դաստիարակության և մշակույթի կենտրոնի գեղարվեստական ղեկավարՍամվել Բալոյանը, փառատոնը Հայաստանում անցկացվում է 2005 թվականից, իսկ նպատակն է նպաստել դպրոցականների եւ երիտասարդների գեղագիտական եւ հայրենասիրական դաստիարա կությանը, աջակցել փողային նվագախմբերի զարգացմանը, ինչպես նաեւ խթանել փողային նոր նվագախմբերի ստեղծումը:

Առաջին հինգ տարիներին փառատոնն անցկացվել է Երևանում« իսկ 2011-ից սկսած` Հայաստանի տարբեր մեծ քաղաքներում` Գյումրիում, Ստեփանավանում, Դիլիջանում, Սիսիանում, նաև Ստեփանակերտում: «Փառատոնի ամենամեծ ձեռքբերումներից է փողային նվագախմբերի թվի ավելացումը, ինչը մեծ խանդավառություն է առաջացնում թե նվագախմբերի մասնակիցների, թե փառատոնի անցկացման վայրի բնակչության շրջանում»,- փաստեց Սամվել Բալոյանը:
