ՀՀ վճռաբեկ դատարանի և Չեխիայի ՍԴ-ի նախագահները քննարկել են դատական ոլորտի հարցեր

ՀՀ վճռաբեկ դատարանի նախագահ Արման Մկրտումյանը հունիսի 4-ին ընդունել է պաշտոնական այցով Հայաստանում գտնվող Չեխիայի սահմանադրական դատարանի նախագահ Պավել Ռիխետսկիի գլխավորած պատվիրակությանը:
Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ դատական դեպարտամենտի հասարակայնության հետ կապերի ծառայությունից, հանդիպմանը մասնակցել են նաև ՀՀ սահմանադրական դատարանի անդամներ Ալվինա Գյուլումյանը, Արևիկ Պետրոսյանը, ՀՀ դատական դեպարտամենտի ղեկավար Կարեն Փոլադյանը, ՀՀ դատական դեպարտամենտի ղեկավարի առաջին տեղակալ Աննա Վարդապետյանը:
ՀՀ վճռաբեկ դատարանի նախագահ Արման Մկրտումյանը, ողջունելով հյուրերին, ներկայացրել է Հայաստանի դատական համակարգի կառուցվածքը, առանձնահատկությունները և վերջին տարիներին արձանագրած ձեռքբերումները:
Չեխիայի սահմանադրական դատարանի նախագահ Պավել Ռիխետսկին իր հերթին խոսել է իր երկրի դատական համակարգի մասին, ընդգծել երկու երկրների դատական համակարգերի տարբերություններն ու նմանությունները: Մասնավորապես, Պավել Ռիխետսկին նշել է, որ ի տարբերություն Հայաստանի, Չեխիայում գործում է երկու գերագույն դատարան, և դատավորների քանակն անհամեմատ ավելի շատ է. 10 մլն բնակչություն ունեցող երկրում գործերը քննվում են 3500 դատավորի կողմից:
Հանդիպման ընթացքում կողմերը քննարկել են նաև դատական ոլորտին առնչվող և փոխադարձ հետաքրքրություն ներկայացնող մի շարք հարցեր:
Հանդիպման ավարտին Արման Մկրտումյանը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել Չեխիայի սահմանադրական դատարանի նախագահին բովանդակալից զրույցի համար և հույս հայտնել, որ երկու երկրների բարձրագույն դատական ատյանների համագործակցությունը շարունակական բնույթ կկրի:
