Իստրայում ուղղաթիռի հետ բախված օդանավը թռիչքային պիտանիության թույլատրագիր չի ունեցել

Մոսկվայի մարզում ուղղաթիռի հետ բախված՝ “Cessna” ինքնաթիռը թռիչքային պիտանիության թույլատրագիր չի ունեցել: Այս մասին, ինչպես տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը, ՏԱՍՍ-ին հայտնել են «Ռոսավիացիա»-ում:
«U206F ինքնաթիռը թռիչքային պիտանիության թույլատրագիր չի ունեցել, ինքնաթիռի օդաչուն «Ռոսավիացիա»-ում քաղաքացիական ավիացայի օդաչուի վկայական չի ստացել»,- ասել Է գերատեսչության ներկայացուցիչը:
Առանց այդ թույլատրագրի, նշել Է նա, «օդանավն օդ բարձրանալու իրավունք չունի»:
Բացի դրանից, օդաչուն քաղաքացիական ավիացիայի օդաչուի վկայական չի ունեցել, որը սահմանված կարգով տալիս Է «Ռոսավիացիան»: «Առանց այդ վկայականի օդաչուն իրավունք չուներ վարելու օդանավը»,- ընդգծել Է գործակալության զրուցակիցը:
Օգոստոսի 8-ի երեկոյան Cessna հիդրոինքնաթիռը եւ Robinson ուղղաթիռը բախումից հետո խորտակվել են Մոսկվայի մարզի Իստրայի ջրամբարում՝ ափից 500 մետր հեռավորության վրա:
Ավելի վաղ ՌԴ-ում ՀՀ դեսպանությունը հաստատել Է, որ Իստրայի ավիաաղետի հետեւանքով զոհվել են Հայաստանի չորս քաղաքացիներ, այդ թվում՝ երկու երեխա:
