Ինչպե՞ս սպիտակեցնել թևատակերը

Կիտրոն- Կիտրոնը համարվում է բնական մաքրող միջոց, որը նաև ունի հակաբակտերիալ և հականեխիչ հատկություն: Ինչպե՞ս օգտագործել: Կիտրոնի բարակ շերտով լողանալուց առաջ տրորեք թևատակերը, այնուհետև օգտագործեք խոնավեցնող քսուք՝ մաշկը չորությունից պաշտպանելու համար: Խյուս ստանալու համար խառնեք կիտրոնի հյութը, յուգորտը, մեղրն ու երիցուկը, քսեք թևատակերին և թողեք 10 րոպե, այնուհետև լվացեք ջրով:
3. Կերակրի սոդա- Բոլորս էլ գիտենք սոդայի սպիտակեցնող հատկանիշների մասին: Սպիտակեցնելուց բացի, այն նաև կկանխարգելի թևատակերի տհաճ հոտի առաջացումը: Ինչպե՞ս օգտագործել: Խառնեք ջուրը և սոդան, որպեսզի խյուսանման զանգված ստանաք: Թեթևակիորեն մերսելով՝ քսեք թևատակերին: Լվացեք դիմակը և չորացրեք մաշկը:
4. Վարունգ- Այս հրաշալի բանջարեղենը մաշկը սպիտակեցնող հատկություն ունի: Սպիտակեցնող հատկություններն առավել արդյունավետ դարձնելու համար՝ խառնեք այն կիտրոնի հետ: Ինչպե՞ս օգտագործել: Կտրատեք վարունգը և դրանով տրորեք թևատակերը: Կարող եք օգտագործել նաև վարունգի հյութը: Խառնեք վարունգի և կիտրոնի հյութերը, այնուհետև ավելացրեք փոքր-ինչ երիցուկ:
5. Նարնջի կեղև- Նարնջի կեղևը նույնպես սպիտակեցնող հատկանիշ ունի: Ինչպե՞ս օգտագործել: Չորացրեք նարնջի կեղևը, այնուհետև աղացեք: Ստացված փոշին խառնեք կաթով՝ մինչև խյուսանման զանգված ստանալը: Քսեք թևատակերին և 10 րոպե տրորեք: Վերջում լվացեք ջրով:
