Էստոնիայի Վիլյադինի գավառում ենթադրաբար 11-րդ դարի վերջին պատկանող դրամներ են հայտնաբերել, փոխանցում է Postimees-ը:

Պարբերականի տեղեկություններով՝ գանձը դեռեւս 2014-ին գտել էր տեղի բնակիչներից մեկը, որը հալված ձյան տակ փայլող սկավառակներ էր հայտնաբերել: Սկզբում նա կարծել էր, թե դրանք ալյումինե թիթեղի կտորներ են, տարել էր տուն եւ դրել սեղանի դարակում՝ մոռանալով դրանց գոյության մասին: Մեկ տարի անց հեռուստացույցով հաղորդում էին պատրաստել հնագիտական գտածոների մասին, որի ժամանակ ցուցադրել էին վիկինգների արծաթյա բարակ դրամները: Տղամարդը, տեսնելով, որ դրանք նման են իր գտած թիթեղներին, հաջորդ առավոտյան հայտնել էր այդ մասին հնությունների պահպանության դեպարտամենտ:

Դեպքի վայր ժամանած տեսուչները հաստատել էին, որ խոսքը վիկինգների ժամանակաշրջանի արծաթյա գանձարանի մասին է: Տալլինի համալսարանի հնագետ Յուլլա Տամլայի խոսքով՝ խոսքը ոչ թե ամբողջական գանձի մասին է, այլ առանձին գտածոների, որոնք կտոր-կտոր են եղել գյուղատնտեսական աշխատանքների պատճառով:

«Քանի որ դրամների մի մասը մանր կտորների տեսքով է պահպանվել, ճիշտ չի լինի խոսել դրանց վերջնական քանակի մասին,  մինչեւ փորձագիտությունը չավարտվի: Կարող ենք ասել, որ հավաքված է մոտ 2 հարյուր մետաղադրամ»,- ասել է Տամլան:

Հնագետները նշում են, որ դրամների մեծ մասը հատվել է Հյուսիսային Գերմանիայի դրամահատարաններում, սակայն գտել են  նաեւ Անգլիայում հատված անգլոսաքսոնական դրամներ, Արաբական խալիֆայության, սկանդինավյան դրամներ եւ այլն:
