Բունդեսթագի որոշումից հետո Թուրքիան կփորձի նետվել Ռուսաստանի գիրկը

Արմեն Գևորգյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Գերմանիայի խորհրդարանի կողմից հայոց ցեղասպանության մասին քաղաքական որոշումը համընկավ մի ժամանակահատվածի հետ, երբ ընդամենը 2-3 տարի առաջ տարածաշրջանում իրեն լավ զգացող Թուրքիան մեկը մյուսի հետևից «թիկունքից հարվածներ» է ստանում իր դաշնակիցներ ԱՄՆ-ի, ՆԱՏՕ-ի ու ԵՄ-ի կողմից և հայտնվել է քաղաքական լուսանցքում:
Մերձավոր Արևելքում ու Սիրիայի ճգնաժամի շրջանակներում տեղի ունեցող իրադարձությունների համատեքստում Թուրքիայի ռազմավարական դաշնակիցներ ԱՄՆ-ն ու ՆԱՏՕ-ն բազմիցս են նախազգուշացրել ամբիցիոզ Թուքիային քաղաքական ու ռազմական արկածախնդրությունների համար:
Ցեղասպանության մասին բանաձևի ընդունմամբ էլ Եվրոպական միության դոնոր երկիր հանդիսացող Գերմանիան վերահաստատեց Մեծ Բրիտանիայի վարչապետ Դևիդ Քեմերոնի հայտարարությունն առ այն, որ Թուրքիան առաջիկա 10 տարիների ընթացքում հաստատ ԵՄ անդամ չի դառնա:
Ստեղծված իրավիճակում, Թուրքիան, բնականաբար, կփորձի ատամ ցույց տալ, սակայն սահմանագիծը չի անցնի և կսահմանափակվի միայն պաշտպանողական ջղաձգումներով, որպեսզի էլ ավելի չսեղմի իր շուրջն առանց այդ էլ նեղացող սեղմօղակը:
«Կոշտ ուժի» փոխարեն վիրավոր աղվեսն իրեն բնորոշ խորամանկությամբ կանցնի «փափուկ ուժի» մարտավարությանն ու կփորձի դիվանագիտական մանևրների շնորհիվ ուղիներ գտնել Ռուսաստանի գիրկը նետվելու համար:
Տվյալ պարագայում, Թուրքիան միանշանակ կգերադասի ներողություն խնդրել Ռուսաստանից ռազմական մեկ ուղղաթիռ խոցելու համար` դրանով իսկ վերականգնելով վերջինիս հետ դիվանագիտական հարաբերությունները, և ոչ մի կերպ ներողություն չի խնդրի Հայաստանից` ժողովրդի ցեղասպանության համար:
Չպետք է զարմանալ, եթե նույնիսկ մոտ ապագայում Թուրքիան իր կրտսեր եղբոր` Ադրբեջանի ձեռքը բռնած հայտ ներկայացնի ԵԱՏՄ-ին անդամակցելու համար: Ամեն դեպքում, վերջին 2-3 դարերի ընթացքում բազմիցս համոզվել ենք, երբ հայ ժողովրդի համար ամենաճակատագրական ու վճռական պահերին թվացյալ անխուսափելի հաղթանակների նախաշեմին «փայլատակել» է թուրքական դիվանագիտությունն ու Ռուսիո հետ քաղաքական դաշնի արդյունքում ի չիք դարձրել մեր բոլոր հույսերն ու սպասելիքները:
Ստեղծված իրավիճակն ինչ որ իմաստով նոր մարտահրավեր է հայկական դիվանագիտության համար, քանզի Թուրքիայի հետագա բոլոր արտաքին քաղաքական նախաձեռնություններում կարմիր թելի նման անցնելու է հայերին ու Հայաստանին ռուսաստանից մեկուսացնելու և երկու երկրների ռազմավարական հարաբերությունները առավելագույնս վնասելու միտումը:
Իսկ մեր դիվանագիտությունն իր ներքին ու արտաքին ռեսուրսներով հանդերձ պետք է ձեռնամուխ լինի թուրքական հնարավոր սցենարները կանխատեսելու և դրանց արդյունավետ հակազդելու գործընթացին:
