Ծառուկյանի «Փարավոնը» «կլանում է». այն վատ հետեւանքներ է թողել պետբյուջեի վրա

«Հայկական ժամանակ» թերթը գրում է. «Խաղատնային բիզնեսի կենտրոնացումը վատ հետեւանքներ է թողել ՀՀ պետական բյուջեի վրա: Այս տարվա առաջին կիսամյակում ՀՀ տարածքում լիցենզիա ունեցող բոլոր խաղատները միասին ՀՀ պետական բյուջե են վճարել 2 մլրդ 837 մլն դրամ այն դեպքում, երբ անցած տարի այդ ցուցանիշը 2 մլրդ 934 մլն դրամ էր: Այսինքն, խաղատներից վճարած հարցերը նվազել են շուրջ 10 մլն դրամով:
Սա ուշագրավ է նրանով, որ 2014 թվականի հունվարի 1-ից Հայաստանում սկսեց գործել նոր կարգ, ըստ որի այդ խաղատները կարող էին կառուցվել միայն առանձին քաղաքներում՝ Ջերմուկում, Սեւանում, Ծաղկաձորում եւ Մեղրիում: Բացառություն էին կազմում միայն այն խաղատները, որոնց կառուցման համար իրականացված ներդրումները գերազանցում են 100 մլն դոլարը:
Այդպիսի 100 մլն դոլարանոց կազինո Հայաստանում ընդամենը մեկ հատ է՝ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանին պատկանող «Փարավոնը», որը պաշտոնապես գրանցված է «Օրինա քլաբ» անունով: Եվ քանի որ այս կազինոն գտնվում է Երեւանին շատ մոտ, «կլանում է» վերը նշված քաղաքներում տեղակայված խաղատների հաճախորդներին:
Արդյունքում մյուս կազինոները հայտնվել են փակվելու վտանգի տակ: Չնայած «Փարավոնի» հաճախորդների թիվը ի հաիվ մյուս կազինոների կտրուկ բարձրացել է, այս խաղատունը անցած տարվա առաջին կիսամյակի համեմատ իր վճարած հարկերը ավելացրել է ընդամենը 11 մլն դրամով կամ կես տոկոսով՝ 2 մլրդ 372 մլն դրամից հասցնելով 2 մլրդ 383 մլն դրամի: Սակայն մյուս բոլոր խաղատների վճարած հարկերը նվազել են 108 մլն դրամով կամ 20 տոկոսով»:
