Իրավիճակի փոփոխության հետ մեկտեղ Ադրբեջանի «ախորժակը» փոխվել է: Այս մասին ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրառում է կատարել ՊԲ մամուլի քարտուղար Սենոր Հասրաթյանը

«Նախքան ապրիլյան չորսօրյա առճակատումը, Ադրբեջանի ռազմաքաղաքական ղեկավարությունը՝ հանձին այդ սուլթանապետության միապետի, իսկ կողքից նաեւ՝ ռազմական վեզիրի, պարբերաբար հոխորտում էր Արցախը (նաեւ՝ Հայաստանը) 3 օրվա ընթացքում գրավելու մասին: Այսօր, կարծեք թե, իրավիճակի փոփոխության հետ փոխվել է նաեւ նրանց ախորժակը:

Մասնավորապես՝ ս. թ. հունիսի 4-ին Բաքվում տեղի ունեցած աշխարհի ադրբեջանցիների 4-րդ համագումարի ամփոփիչ նիստում սուլթանապետության միապետի հասարակական-քաղաքական հարցերով օգնական Ալի Հասանովը, մոռանալով իր սուլթանի կողմից «եռօրյա հաղթանակի» մասին տարիներ շարունակ արած գոռում-գոչյունները, հայտարարեց, թե «մենք կարող էինք մեկ ամսվա ընթացքում մեր հողերը ազատագրել, բայց մեզ թույլ չտվեցին...»:

Որ 3 օրը ապրիլյան իրադարձություններից հետո փոխվեց մեկ ամսի, դա ինքնին տրամաբանական է և ժամկետի «երկարաձգման» առումով հասկանալի... Իսկ ահա թե ով նրանց թույլ չտվեց շարունակել (չեն էլ ասում, թե ով է թույլ տվել սկսել), թե ով եւ ինչու ապրիլի 4-ին հանդես եկավ կրակի միակողմանի դադարեցման մասին հայտարարությամբ եւ, վերջապես, այդ ովը ինչու թռավ Մոսկվա՝ հայկական ուժերին կանգնեցնելու համար (ինչպես 94-ին էր), դա է անտրամաբանականն ու անհասկանալին... (Չնայած, կարող է նաև հասկացողը հասկանում է...) Ինչեւէ, այսքանից հետո մեզ մնում է Բաքվից սպասել թարմ, բայց «ճշտգրտված» ժամկետներով հայտարարությունների...»։
