Ինչպես ցույց է տալիս ժամանակը, շատերին ոգևորել է ամառային բաղրամյանական տրամադրությունը և կազմվել է «Ո'չ սահմանադրական բարեփոխումներին» նախաձեռնության նախաձեռնող խումբ

Այս խումբը պատրաստվում է նոր հանրահավաքների: Առաջին հանրահավաքը նախատեսվում է անցկացնել սեպտեմբերի 10-ին: Երևում է, որ այս աշունն էլ անցած տարվանից պակաս թեժ չի լինելու: Facebook-ում արդեն սկսել են կրքերը թեժանալ: Նոր կազմված նախաձեռնող խումբը նման տեղեկատվություն-հորդոր է տարածել միջոցառման հրավերի էջում:
«Մեզ պետք չեն սահմանադրական բարեփոխումներ, մեզ պետք է քաղաքական, գաղափարական սերնդափոխություն: Այսպես կոչված «Սահմանադրական բարեփոխումներն» առաջին հայացքից գուցե գեղեցիկ և հրապուրիչ թվան, բայց իրականում դրանք չարիք են հայ հասարակության համար: Պառլամենտական կարգի անցնում են զարգացած ժողովրդավարական երկրները, իսկ Հայաստանի կոմունիստական չեկիստների դպրոցի սաների ղեկավարած երկրում դա չարիք է, ինչպես Կոմկուսը դարձավ խորհրդային հանրապետությունների բարձրագույն ղեկավար մարմին, այնպես էլ ՀՀԿ-ն կդառնա: Եվ թող հակառակը չհամոզեն, թե չգիտենք, որ Հայաստանում կա ՀՀԿ, և իր արբանյակ բազմաթիվ կուսակցություններ:

«Ո'չ սահմանադրական բարեփոխումներին» նախաձեռնության նախաձեռնող խումբը հայտնում է. «Չնայած այն բանին, որ Հայաստանում բացառվում է արդար և թափանցիկ հանրաքվեն բազմաթիվ հայտնի և «անհայտ» պատճառներով, այնուամենայնիվ եթե հայ հանրությունը ինչ-ինչ պատճառներով որոշի մասնակցել հանրաքվեյին, թող մասնակցի` իր վճռական «ՈՉ»-ը շպրտելով իշխանությունների ճակատին: Իսկ մնացած բոլոր դեպքերում պայքարը պետք է լինի միասնական փողոցներում` բոյկոտի հնարավոր բոլոր միջոցներով, քաղաքացիական անհնազանդության բոլոր ձևերով` փողոցներ փակելով, նստացույցերով, գործադուլ-դասադուլներով:
«Ո'չ սահմանադրական բարեփոխումներին» նախաձեռնությունը հորդորում է բոլորին դուրս գալ միասնական պայքարի: Սա մեր առաջին պայքարը չէ, սակայն հանուն Հայաստանի ապագայի պայքար է ու պետք է ամեն ինչ անենք, որպեսզի հասնենք մեր վերջնական նպատակին:
