Ստորև ներկայացնում ենք «Ոտքի՛, Հայաստան» քաղաքացիական շարժման խորհրդի հայտարարությունը.
«Մենք ուզում ենք մեր երկրում փոփոխություններ: Դա է եղել գլխավոր շարժառիթը, որ մեզ հունիսի 22-ին բերեց Բաղրամյան պողոտա, իսկ հուլիսի 27-ին' Հանրապետության հրապարակ: Մենք ուզում են, որ Հայաստանում.
1. իշխանությունը մաքրվի հանցագործներից
2. թալանածը վերադարձվի ժողովրդին
3. երկրում հաստատվի արդարադատություն
4. Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում բացառվի քաղբանտարկյալ հասկացությունը և քաղաքական հետապնդումներն ընդհանրապես
5. լուծարվեն անօրինական և սահմանադրության դեմ գործող կուսակցությունները
6. երաշխավորվեն ազատ, արդար ու ազնիվ ընտրությունները
7. ազատ ձեռներեցության իրավունքը լինի անձեռնմխելի
8. ներդրվի արդար հարկային համակարգ
9. հանրայնացվեն ռազմավարական նշանակության խոշոր սեփականությունը
10. աշխատանքի դիմաց վարձատրությունը լինի արդար
11. պաշտպանվի աշխատանք ստանալու և մասնագիտական առաջընթաց ունենալու իրավունքը
12. բարձրացվի սոցիալական ապահովությունը
13. արդիականացվի բանակը, ոստիկանությունը և ազգային անվտանգությունը
14. ուժային կառույցների ծառայողների համար ստեղծվեն ծառայության արժանապատիվ պայմաններ
15. Մեծ հայրենական, Արցախյան պատերազմների և սահմանում մարտական գործողությունների բոլոր մասնակիցներն ունենան արժանապատիվ սոցիալական ապահովում:
Իշխանությունը յուրացրած ՀՀԿ նախագահն ու իր թիմը վաղուց ապացուցել են, որ ոչ միայն չեն կարող իրականացնել այս բարեփոխումները, այլև իրենց գոյությամբ անում են ամեն ինչ, որ վերոնշյալ բարեփոխումներն իրականություն չդառնան: Դրա համար մենք ունենք հետևյալ դիրքորոշումը.
Եթե մեր կողմից նախաձեռնած օգոստոսի 11-ին ժամը 19:00-ին հանրահավաքին հրավիրված քաղաքացիների թիվը բավարար լինի Հանրապետության հրապարակն ամբողջությամբ փակելու համար, մենք պահանջ կներկայացնենք խորհրդարանի ընդիմադիր կուսակցություններին ձևավորել ժողովրդի վստահության կառավարություն և կմնանք հրապարակում այնքան ժամանակ, մինչև որ կհեռանան նախագահի աթոռը զբաղեցրած ՀՀԿ նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը, ՀՀԿ փոխնախագահ, վարչապետի պաշտոնը զբաղեցնող Հովիկ Աբրահամյանն ու ՀՀԿ կողմից երկրի մյուս կարևորագույն պաշտոնները զբաղեցնող անձինք:
