«Շուշիի առանձնակի գումարտակի ազատամարտիկների միավորումը» կրկին շեշտում է, որ կամավորների հավաքագրման միակ նպատակը հակառակորդին ծնկի բերելը եւ Արցախի տարածքային ամբողջականությունը վերականգնելն է:

Վերջիններս մի հայտարարությամբ են հանդես եկել, որտեղ հերքում են այն տարածված լուրերը, թե Ժիրայր Սէֆիլյանն ու նրա ընկերները նպատակ ունեն բռնի մեթոդներով ներքաղաքական հարցեր լուծել:

Հայտարարության մեջ մասնավորապես ասված է.

«Արցախում տարածքներ կորցնելու մասին Ժիրայր Սէֆիլյանի կատարած բացահայտումից հետո ռեժիմը պարտվեց նրա դեմ իր իսկ սանձազերծած քարոզչական պայքարում, ուժային համակարգում եւ դրան հարակից շրջանակներում սկսեցին ասեկոսեներ տարածվել, որ Ժիրայր Սէֆիլյանը եւ նրա ընկերները նպատակ ունեն բռնի մեթոդներով ներքաղաքական հարցեր լուծել»:

ՇԱԳԱՄ-ի վարչությունից հայտնում են, որ զարմանալի «զուգադիպությամբ» երկրում քաղաքական իրավիճակի լարվածության եւ Ժիրայր Սէֆիլյանի հասարակական-քաղաքական ակտիվության բոլոր դեպքերին նախորդում է նրա կերպարի հրեշացման, ինչպես նաեւ նրա կենսագրության եւ անձի վերաբերյալ վիրավորական ու պիտակավորող բնույթի անհիմն եւ կեղծ տեղեկությունների կիրառմամբ զանգվածային քարոզարշավ, ինչին հաջորդում են բռնությունն ու հալածանքը: Ինչպես իրենք են նշում, դրանցից առավել հայտնի են Բերձորի, Ցեղասպանության 100-ամյակի, Բաղրամյան պողոտայի եւ սահմանադրական հանրաքվեի հետ կապված դեպքերը:

«Վերը նշված ասեկոսեները արագորեն ծավալվեցին գրեթե ամբողջ ուժային համակարգում, երբ մենք հայտարարեցինք Ազգային դիմադրության կոմիտե ձեւավորելու մեր նախաձեռնության մասին եւ այն կյանքի կոչելու համար որպես բանագնաց լիազորեցինք Ժիրայր Սէֆիլյանին, այնուհետեւ զուգահեռաբար հայտարարեցինք, որ շաբաթ օրը՝ հունիսի 4-ին, Հաղթանակ զբոսայգում հրավիրում ենք կամավորների առաջին ներկայացուցչական հավաքը», - գրված է հայտարարության մեջ:

ՇԱԳԱՄ-ի անդամների համոզմամբ՝ նման գործելակերպով

փորձ է արվում մի շարք խնդիրներ լուծել, մասնավորապես՝ ուժային համակարգում թուլացնել Ժիրայր Սէֆիլյանի նկատմամբ առկա հավատն ու համակրանքը, վերականգնել Սերժ Սարգսյանի զրոյացած հեղինակությունը, հավանական կամավորների շրջանում կասկածներ սերմանելու միջոցով հնարավորինս ձախողել նրանց հավաքագրման գործընթացը, ինչ-որ չափով կայունացնել խարխլվող համակարգի ներքին վիճակը:

Վերջինները այս հայտարարությամբ կրկին հայտնում են, որ կամավորների հավաքագրումը հրապարակային գործընթաց է եւ միտված է բացառապես հակառակորդին ծնկի բերելու ու Արցախի տարածքային ամբողջականությունը վերականգնելու նպատակով հասարակական հիմունքներով մոբիլիզացիոն ռեսուրսի ձեւավորմանը:
