Եվրամիության 80 մլրդ եվրո արժողությամբ ծրագիրը աջակցելու է հայաստանյան փոքր եւ միջին ձեռնարկությունների զարգացմանը

Հայաստանը պաշտոնապես անդամակցում է Եվրամիության հետազոտությունների եւ նորարարությունների «Հորիզոն-2020» ծրագրին: 2016 թվականի մայիսի 19-ին ՀՀ ԿԳ նախարար Լեւոն Մկրտչյանը եւ Եվրոպական հանձնաժողովի հետազոտության, գիտության եւ նորարարության հանձնակատար Կարլոս Մոեդասը ստորագրեցին ծրագրին Հայաստանի ասոցացված անդամակցության մասին համաձայնագիրը:
«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ` ծրագրի անդամակցությունը Հայաստանի գիտահետազոտական ինստիտուտներին, համալսարաններին, փոքր եւ միջին ձեռնարկություններին եւ անհատ գիտականներին հնարավորություն կտա օգտվել ծրագրի հնարավորություններից ԵՄ անդամ պետությունների, ինչպես նաեւ ասոցացված մյուս 16 երկրների կազմակերպությունների համար նախատեսված պայմաններով: «ԵՄ-ն բիզեսների համար» ծրագրի շրջանակում 2014-2020 թվականների համար նախատեսված այս ծրագրի ընդհանուր բյուջեն կ ազմում է 80 մլրդ եվրո, որն ուղղված է լինելու ՓՄՁ-ների զարգացման ֆինանսավորմանն ու տեխնիկական աջակցությանը:
Ծրագրի անդամակցությանը նվիրված միջազգային աշխատաժողովի ընթացքում ԵՄ պատվիրակության ղեկավար դեսպան Պյոտր Սվիտալսկին արտահայտեց իր գոհունակությունը Հայաստանի` ծրագրին միանալու կապակցությամբ:
«Սա ուսումնասիրությունների եւ գիտական հետազոտությունների աջակցության ամենամեծ հարթակն է, եւ մենք շատ ուրախ ենք, որ Հայաստանը որոշել է միանալ ծրագրին: Հուսանք, որ այն Հայաստանին կօգնի կառուցել գիտելիքի վրա հիմնված ամուր հասարակություն եւ տնտեսություն»,-ասաց ԵՄ դեսպանը:
ՀՀ ԳԱԱ նախագահ ակադեմիկոս Ռադիկ Մարտիրոսյանի ակնկալիքներն այս ծրագրից նույնպես դրական են: «Հավատը նախեւառաջ պայմանավորված է մեր փորձով. սա առաջին անգամը չէ, որ մենք մասնակցում են եվրոպական ծրագրերի: Մյուս խնդիրը, որը մեզ համոզում է, որ ծրագիրը արդյունավետ կլինի, մեր գիտական արդյունքների մակարդակն է. ՅՈՒՆԵՍԿՕ-ի գիտական զեկույցում մեր մեծ տարածաշրջանում 3-4-րդ տեղն ենք գրավում մեր գիտական արդյունքներով: Մենք բավականաչափ ծրագրեր ունենք, որպեսզի մեր գիտական արդյունքները ներդնենք տնտեսության տարբեր բնագավառներում» ,- վստահեցրեց Ռադիկ Մարտիրոսյանը:
«Հորիզոն-2020» ծրագրին զուգահեռ Հայաստանը անդամակցում է նաեւ «Cosme» ծրագրին, որի ընդհանուր բյուջեն կազմում է 2.3 մլրդ եվրո: Այն նախատեսում է շուկաների հասանելիության ապահովում, ֆինանսների ռեսուրների հասանելիություն, ձեռներեցության խթանում, ձեռնարկատիրական կրթություն եւ այլն:
