Արմեն Հարությունյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Գերմանիայի խորհրդարանի կողմից ցեղասպանության ընդունումը ըստ էության ոչ մի լավ բան չի խոստանում ինչպես Հայաստան պետությանը, այնպես էլ Հայերին ընդհանրապես։ Հակառակը, այն ավելի է սրելու իրավիճակը մեր տարածաշրջանում։ Եթե թուրքիան և ադրբեջանը այդ որոշման պատճառով առաջացած որոշակի մտավախություններից ավելի մեծ միջոցներ կներդնեն իրենց նպատակներին հասնելու համար, ապա ՀՀ իշխանությունները այն բնականաբար կօգտագործեն իրենց զրոյական հեղինակությունը բարձրացնելու, Հայ հասարակության ուշադրությունը շեղելու իսկապես կարևոր խնդիրներից և հերթական անգամ արդարացնելու իրենց անգործունեությունը․․․ Իրականությունն այն է, որ ավելի շատ մտահոգվելու, քան անհիմն ոգևորվելու պատճառ կա։ ՀՀ կառավարությունը դա չի գիտակցի, որովհետև այնտեղ դա գիտակցելու համար անհրաժեշտ մտահորիզոն ունեցող չկա, ինչպես նաև ՀՀ կառավարիչներն օգտագործում են ցանկացած պատրվակ գործերից փախչելու և կեղծ <<հաղթանակները>> սեղանի շուրջը նշելու համար։ Նման իրավիճակներ պատմությունը բազմիցս է տեսել։ Երբ ընդունվեց Սևրի պայմանագիրը, շատ <<քաղաքական>> գործիչներ ու մտավորականներ չափից դուրս ոգևորվեցին, նույնիսկ նրանք, որոնք իրենց մտահորիզոնով կարող էին գիտակցել վտանգը։ Հասարակության վտանգավոր տգիտությանը չտրվելու համար պետք է ավելի բարձր լինել նրանից։ Քչերն են օժտված նման ոգով․․․ Այն ժամանակ նման բարձր ոգու տեր մարդիկ չկային կառավարությունում, ճիշտ ինչպես այսօր, այնպես էլ այն ժամանակ մեր հասարակական միջավայրն ու կառավարությունը իրենց հատուկ նախանձախնդրությամբ գործերից հեռացրել էին բոլոր այն մարդկանց, ովքեր ի վիճակի էին լուծել այդ հարցերը․․․ Եթե կա մի միջոց, որը ինչ-որ բանով կարող է օգնել Ինչպես մեր պետությանը, այնպես էլ ժողովրդին, ապա դա մի նորագույն զենքերով սպառազինված և մարտունակ բանակն է, որը կարող է ստեղծել միայն կարգին մարդկանցից կազմված կառավարությունը, որի հույսը, ինչպես երևում է, հասարակության ավելի սառը դատող մասը վաղուց է կորցրել․․․ Այ սա իսկապես մտահոգիչ փաստ է․․․
