ՀՀ էկոնոմիկայի նախարար Արծվիկ Մինասյանը ձեռնպահ մնաց նշել մենաշնորհային ընկերությունների անուններ, որոնք «շուկայում պղտորում են ջուրը»: «Զեկույցը ներկայացված է, դրա հիման վրա կան հանձնարարականներ, ես այլ բան ես չեմ ասի, որովհետև կան կոնկրետ ոլորտներն ու ապրանքային շուկաները: Ես որպես կառավարության անդամ, ով վարչապետի կողմից ս տացել է հանձնարարականը, պետք է այդ ուղղությամբ կատարեմ կոնկրետ գործողություններ»,-«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ` նշեց նախարարը` ի պատասխան անուններ հնչեցնելու լրագրողի հարցի:

Ինչ վերաբերում է միջին սեկտորի գործարարների դժգոհություններին, որ խոշոր ներկրողների դեպքում ավելի էժան են գնահատում ապրանքը, իսկ իրենց դեպքում` թանկ, ինչը շուկայում գցում է իրենց ներկրած ապրանքի մրցունակությունը, ապա, ըստ Մինասյանի, կա հանձնարարական բոլորի նկատմամբ հավասար հնարավորություն ապահովելու մեխանիզմներ ստեղծելու ուղղությամբ: «Խտրականություն` կախված սուբյեկտից, ապրանքից, չի կարող լինել, սա է հանձնարարականի իմաստը: Եթե կոնկրետ երկրից ներմուծված ապրանքի համար հիմք չի ընդունվել ապրանքի գործարքի գինը, կիրառվել է այլ մթոդաբանություն, ապա նույն պահանջի կիրառումը պետք է վերաբերի այլ ներմուծողի, ով նույն պայմաններով է ապրանքը բերել երկիր»,-հավելեց Արծվիկ Մինասյանը:

Նա նշեց, որ դեռևս հստակ դիրքորոշում չկա, թե ինչպես է հրապարակվելու մաքսային համակարգում կիրառվող հսկիչ գների մասին տեղեկատվությունը, բայց վստահեցրեց, որ այն հասանելի է լինելու բոլորին: «Այս պահին վերջնական դիրքորոշում չկա`արդյոք յուրաքանչյուր ներմուծման դեպքում պետք է հրապարակվի, թե՞ միջինացված թվեր պետք է հրապարակվեն: Քանի որ ամեն ներմուծման ժամանակ թվերի հրապարակումը ահռելի ծավալուն աշխատանք է լինելու, մյուս կողմից` կարևոր է այս գործընթացի նկատմամբ վստահությունը»,-տեղեկացրեց նախարարը:
