 Սեփական փոխադրող ունենալու համար նախեւառաջ պետք է պետական մոտեցում, պետական հովանավորչություն սեփական երկրներում գրանցվող ավիաընկերություններին:«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ այս մասին լրագրողների հետ զրույցում նշեց ՀՀ Հանրային խորհրդի օդային տրանսպորտի քաղաքականության հարցերի ենթահանձնաժողովի անդամ, նախկին օդաչու Հակոբ աղարյանը:

«Մենք կառավարությունից օգնություն չենք խնդրում, մենք պահանջում ենք պաշտպանել մեր իրավունքները: Եթե կառավարությունը դրսեւորի համապատասխան մոտեցում այս հարցում, համոզված եմ՝ այն տասնյակ ընկերությունները, որոնք կային մինչեւ «Բաց երկնքի քաղաքականության» հայտարարումը, կվերադառնան Հայաստան»,- ասաց նախկին օդաչուն:

Նրա խոսքով՝ Հայաստանը սեփական փոխադրող ունենալու կարիք ունի` մանավանդ նման հարեւաններով շրջապատված լինելու դեպքում:

«Լիտվայում միայն 19 ավիաընկերություն կա, չնայած որ ունի ծովային սահմաններ եւ չունի ագրեսիվ հարեւաններ.  նույնը եվրոպական  մյուս փոքր եւ մեծ երկրների դեպքում է: Հատկապես մենք դատապարտված ենք ունենալու սեփական փոխադրող, քանի որ արտաքին աշխարհի հետ հաղորդակցության միակ միջոցը դա է»,-ասաց Հակոբ Ճաղարյանը:

Հակոբ Ճաղարյանը հստակեցրեց, որ համակարգային մոտեցում ցուցաբերելով միայն կարելի է հասնել ոլորտում խնդիրների լուծմանը:
