Լիբանանում ՀՀ դեսպանը մասնակցել է խաղաղապահ առաքելություն իրականացնող հայկական զորախմբի հերթափոխի արարողությանը

Լիբանանի հարավային Շամա բնակավայրում տեղակայված ՄԱԿ-ի զինավանում՝ UNIFIL-ի (The United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon) խաղաղապահ առաքելության արևմտյան հատվածի կենտրոնակայանում, մայիսի 30-ին տեղի ունեցավ հայկական զորախմբերի հերթափոխի պաշտոնական արարողությունը: Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարության մամուլի, տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապի վարչությունից:

Արարողությունից առաջ Լիբանանում ՀՀ դեսպան Սամվել Մկրտչյանը հանդիպեց խաղաղապահ առաքելության արևմտյան հատվածի հրամանատար, բրիգադի գեներալ Արտուրո Նիտտիին: Հանդիպմանը մասնակցում էին հայ խաղաղապահների 3-րդ և 4-րդ զորախմբերի հրամանատարները: Կայացած զրույցի ընթացքում Արտուրո Նիտտին ներկայացրեց առաքելության պատասխանատվության գոտում տիրող իրավիճակը, առկա մարտահրավերներն ու խնդիրները: Նա դրվատեց հայ խաղաղապահների մասնագիտական պատրաստվածությունը, կարգապահությունը և բազմազգ միջավայրում աշխատելու ունակությունները: Գեներալ Նիտտին առան ձնահատուկ նշեց հայկական զորախմբի արագ ինտեգրման կարողությունը:

Դեսպան Մկրտչյանն անդրադարձավ ՀՀ զինված ուժերի խաղաղապահ բրիգադի կազմավորմանը, ՆԱՏՕ-ի չափանիշներին համապատասխան լիարժեք գործառնական կարողությունների ձևավորմանը, Կոսովոյի ուժերին և Աֆղանստանի գործողություններին մասնակցության փորձառությանն առնչվող հարցերի: Զրուցակիցներն մտքեր փոխանակեցին ՄԱԿ-ի խաղաղապահության զարգացման հեռանկարների, խաղաղապահության մանդատների շրջանակների ընդլայնման անհրաժեշտության շուրջ:

Պաշտոնական արարողության ժամանակ ծառայությունն ավարտող հայ խաղաղապահների 3-րդ զորախումբը լիազորությունները փոխանցեց Լիբանան ժամանած հաջորդ՝ 4-րդ զորախմբին: Միջոցառմանը ելույթներով հանդես եկան կենտրոնակայանի հրամանատար, բրիգադի գեներալ Արտուրո Նիտտին, կենտրոնակայանի մարտական աջակցության գումարտակի հրամանատար փոխգնդապետ Ջուզեպպե Անեկկան և հայ խաղաղապահների 3-րդ զորախմբի հրամանատար մայոր Գևորգ Սայադյանը:

Գեներալ Արտուրո Նիտտին շնորհակալության հայտնեց հայ խաղաղապահներին՝ բարեխիղճ և բարձր մակարդակով ծառայություն իրականացնելու համար, գնահատանքով խոսեց նրանց կարգապահության և ծառայողական պատրաստվածության մասին: Բրիգադի գեներալը շնորհավորեց տուն վերադարձող հայ խաղաղապահներին և բարի ծառայություն մաղթեց պարտականությունները ստանձնող նոր զորախմբին:

Պաշտոնական հանդիսությունը եզրափակվեց հայ խաղաղապահների 3-րդ զորախմբի զինծառայողների պարգևատրմամբ: Վերջիններիս հանձնվեցին ՄԱԿ-ի հատուկ մեդալներ` առաքելությունը հաջող ավարտելու կապակցությամբ:

Միջոցառմանը ներկա էին Լիբանանի զինված ուժերի ներկայացուցիչը, զինավանի սպայական անձնակազմը, կենտրոնակայանում առաքելություն իրականացնող այլ երկրների խաղաղապահներ:

Տեղեկանք. UNIFIL-ի Խաղաղապահ առաքելության արևմտյան հատվածի հրամանատար, բրիգադի գեներալ Արտուրո Նիտտիի հրամանատարության տակ գտնվող հատվածում ծառայում են 13 երկրների 3800 զինծառայողներ:
