Բունդեսթագում Հայոց ցեղասպանության մասին բանաձևի քննարկումը կընդլայնի ցեղասպանության գիտակցումը թուրք հասարկության մեջ

Գերմանիայի Բունդեսթագում հունիսի 2-ին Հայոց ցեղասպանության մասին բանաձևի քննարկումը կհանգեցնի միջազգային մամուլի լայն արձագանքի, Գերմանիայի ու Թուրքիայի հասարակության տարբեր շերտերում ցեղասպանության փաստի քննարկմանն ու գիտակցման ընդլայնմանը: Լրագրողների հետ հանդիպման ընթացքում նման կարծիք է հայտնել թուրքագետ Ռուբեն Մելքոնյանը:
Մասնագետի գնահատամամբ` Բունդեսթագի բանաձևի ձևակերպումն ունի 2 հետաքրքիր տարր: Նախ` շեշտվում է, որ Օսմանյան կայսրությունում 101 տարի առաջ տեղի է ունեցել ցեղասպանություն: «Սա հետաքրքիր «հաղորդագրություն» է առ այն, որ Եղեռնի 100-ամյակից հետո էլ միջազգային ճանաչման գործընթացները և միջազգային հանրության մեջ ցեղասպանության մասին ընկալումները տարածվում են»,- ընդգծեց Մելքոնյանը: Երկրորդ`ըստ թուրքագետի` բանաձևի ընդհանրական ձևակերպումը, որ Օսմանյան կայսրությունում ցեղասպանությունն իրականացվել է հայ և մյուս քրիստոնյա ժողովուրդ ների դեմ, կարող է ունենալ և՛ դրական, և՛ բացասական հետևանքներ:
«Թուրքական արձագանքները ստանդարտ են, սակայն նկատվում է վերադարձ հին մեթոդներին: Թուրքիայի նոր վարչապետ Բինալի Յըլդըրըմի քաղաքականությունը նման է Թուրքիայի` 1980-90-ականների հռետորաբանությունը, որն աչքի էր ընկնում ընդգծված կոշտությամբ և դիվանագիտական ձևակերպումների պակասով»,- կարծում է Մելքոնյանը: Այս կոնտեքստում Թուրքիայի քաղաքական դաշտը կոնսոլիդացվում է, քանի րո խորհրդարանում ներկայացված 2 այլ ուժերն էլ իրենց աջակցությունն են հայտնում իշխանություններին: Թուրքագետի խոսքով`Բունդեսթագի այս նոր բանաձևը Թուրքիայի քաղաքականո ւթյանը նետված մարտահրավեր է Դավութօղլուի հեռացումից:
Մելքոնյանը հարկ է համարում նաև չմոռանալ, որ Գերմանիայում առկա է հզոր թուրքական համայնք` մոտ 3 մլն քաղաքացի: Բացի այդ` թուրք-գերմանական հարաբերություններն ունեն բավական խորքային բնույթ, որին քննարկվող բանաձևը կարող է վնասել, հատկապես հիմա: Բացի այդ, թուրքագետի գնահատմամբ, այս բանաձևը «զսպաշապիկի» դեր է կատարելու Թուրքիա-ԵՄ բանակցությունների համատեքստում` թուրքական նկրտումները զսպելու համար: «Ցավով կարելի է արձանագրել, որ Հայոց ցեղասպանությունը կրկին դառնում է միջազգային քաղաքական առևտրի առարկա»,- կարծում է Մելքոնյանը:
Ընդհանուր առմամբ`մասնագետը քիչ հավանական է համարում Բունդեսթագում բանաձևի հաստատումը: «Գերմանիայի նախագահի հայտարարությունն ու ցեղասպանություն բառի կիրառումն անշուշտ ոգևորիչ է, սակայն պետք է հասկանալ Գերմանիայում` նախագահի ինստիտուտի և նրա դերակատարության մասին»,- հավելեց մասնագետը: Գերմանիայի ճանաչումն իր հետ բերելու է տարբեր այլ խնդիրներ, քանի որ ի հայտ են գալու ոչ միայն դատապարտելու, այլև փոխհատուցելու հարցերը:
